Remember, be careful about who you get feedback from.. Sometimes they are incompetent or sometimes they are so negative or ill-willed in their heart deliberatly misleading.. I have learnt it the hard way
This is so true. Even people close to you, can missguide you because of resistance to change. Also, the more innovative your idea, the less people will actualy understand it and think is a good idea.
Ugh so true. My (daily) reminder for learning anything new has been 'start weak to get strong'
It's great to be aware of this literal learning curve to keep oneself grounded during the process
So good --- for everyone I have ever know. WOW - truly identifying what counts and articulating it so well! Well done, Vicky!
Thank you! You are so helpful :)
I recently changed career paths and I find myself stuck in the lower stages. This message was a good boast to remind myself I have more steps to go!
I really enjoy the concepts in your videos and resources you provide. Thanks for all the effort and time you put into these. 🙏🏾
I'd love to see you calling out practical to-do's for us as I feel many of these videos are too theoretical
Vicky! This was really encouraging! You always lift my motivation with each video. . . confidence too, but then again, your energy is contagious 😂 Thank you
This is just the Dunning Kruger curve. Should at least be referenced, if not explicitly credited.
Thank you Vicky. Stay blessed. Shalom
Thanks, Vicky. I always enjoy your content.
One thing, however: The audio sounds a bit clipped. You naturally speak a bit quickly, which is fine. What I mean is that it sounds like the audio has been digitally compressed, to make the file size smaller. Whatever the cause, the result is that the audio has a tinny, ciipped sound similar to audio tracks that have been sped up.
A helpful video. I like this concept.😃 "Stage 2 Conscious Incompetence," totally me this stage 🤣
Haha in my opinion that’s the most fun stage where mistakes are allowed lol 😆
@@vickyzhao1586 thank you for your exquisite reply. 😃
I love your contentt, I'm always learning so muchh ❤❤ Thank you so much for bringing these valuable concepts and information to us. ❤❤
Love this! Going to apply this concept to what im trying to do. Cheers!
This is amazing❤Thank you so much
Great Video and very timely. Getting frameworks in place in the company has been a tough row to hoe, but the language and emphaisis are helpful. Thanks
Who's making clarifying and communicating your thoughts with frameworks a goal in 2024?

Typo on your Chapter 4 link. I think it is supposed to say "Unconcious Competence"
@@frankwang4143thank you 🙏🙏🙏 Fixed!!
I thought the 4 stages model was retired and evolved as learning isn't linear.
Non-linear versions describe how we can be in all 4 stages at once.
I am curious why you use a linear framework when our learning experiences are so different?
love your videos! can you do a video on how to differentiate good feedback from the bad ones? E.g. from people who might possibly harbour ill intentions
Nice one ❤
Thank you for watching 🫰
❤ thank you
Thank you for watching 🎉🙏
Hi Vicky, can you help me with what would be the india time for your sessions. thanks
🔥🌿🙏🌹🙏🏽
Being smart make people learn faster ,they have an unfair advantage , but that doesnt mean that rest of people are stupid , the rest learn slower not they can't
