This video will display a list of fantastic but underrated B-monster creature flicks that no one talks about.

There's something about 80s sci-fi/horror movies that can't be duplicated.
They're so special in their own way.
It’s the tiny shorts and crop tops that the boys wear man, it makes the movies so much better
For real
A few more lesser-known cheesy but still entertaining gems: Prophecy (1979), Blood Beach (1980), The Boogens (1981), The Deadly Spawn (1983), Star Crystal (1986), The Kindred (1987), The Brain (1988), Deep Space (1988), DeepStar Six (1989), The Dark Side of the Moon (1990), Dead Space (1991), Sometimes They Come Back (1991), Body Snatchers (1993), Adrenalin: Fear the Rush (1996), The Relic (1997), Terminal Invasion (2002), Darkness Falls (2003), Alien Lockdown (2004), The Breed (2006), Sea Beast (2008), Infestation (2009).
The Boogens is on UA-cam. Great movie when I was a kid.
The Deadly Spawn is such an underrated film! It was released at the same time as The Evil Dead, yet The Evil Dead is more revered. The Deadly Spawn is slow to start but once is gets rolling, it never lets up! It packs masterful tension and scares and wonderfully inventive FX!! The Deadly Spawn deserves more love and reverence alongside its more well known counterparts! Cellar Dweller is also seriously underrated too!!
Whàt about attâck of the killer tomatoes!!!!!
Is it bad that I know these movies by heart already? Im a horror nut whos always looking for that one good one that got away.
Darkstar was a pretty good too
I saw Humanoids from the Deep in the theatre. One of my favorite cheesy Horror films! This and C.H.U.D. Are my favorites.
a good B movie requires a healthy amount of matured cheese ;-)
Wow, Creature had "Cost Cutting CGI Special Effects" in 1985. Cool.
Great list. Would love to see you start listing the film titles in your notes again. No need for time stamps, but I tend to use these videos to seek out new things to watch and the lists made it more convenient. Regardless, keep up the great work. 😎
"Without Warning" (1980)
"Creature" (1985)
"Forbidden World" (1982) Another interesting Roger Corman opus.
"Humanoids From The Deep" (1980) I've heard of this one.
"Parasite" (1982) A Charles Band opus.
"Splinter" (2008)
"The Terror Within" (1989) RC, again.
"Frankenstein Unbound" (1990) RC, director
"Meatball Machine" (2005) J-Horror
"Yellow Fangs" (1990)
15:32 "Hokkaido" is a Northern Japanese island. (Also known as "Ezo" in the Samurai era.)
Thanks Marvelous Videos, great video. 80% of all those titles I have never heard of!!
Forbidden World got a pseudo remake in the 80s produced by Roger Corman; called Dead Space. It has a young Bryan Cranston as one of the lead characters.
Classic list and great narrator! Thanks guys!
MV 🙏🏽🙋🏽♀️🥰, big up!! Can't believe there are some filmz I haven't seen 😳👻..I've got my work 2 do, great content AZ alwayz👍🏼
Kevin Peter Hall that plays the alien in Without Warning is also the badass alien hunter in the Predator movie.
This episode is basically my COVID-19 stay at home playlist.👍🏼
That was awesome and I'm going to try some of these videos and thank you.
Maybe for the next one you could dig up some 50s stuff or 60 stuff.
in the 80’s here in metro Detroit we had the “Saturday afternoon Thriller” my brother and I watched countless b horror and sci fi flicks. Thanks for bringing back some good memories!
I remember Creature and Without Warning. Thanks for sharing
Best B, and C movies from the 1950s that should be classics.
"Splinter" is the one movie of this list that i can truly recommend. A definite "must watch"........
Agreed. It is so good. I personally wouldn't consider it a B movie.
It got a lot of praise when it was released, but it seems like it has been forgotten.
Agreed. Splinter is awesome.
Splinter is the only one I did see on this list and maybe shouldn't be on this list, it's a Excellent Movie with Excellent Effects IMO
It's got a really good, diverse cast.
I love all 10 mentions and usually re-watch them all. Splinter was quite popular among horror fans. Frankenstein Unbound was unusual but still creative. Thanks for mentioning it. Bridget Fonda was in that film too. Most of those films copied Alien and I don't blame them. Alien has created a very special atmosphere. Unlike other Alien fans, I welcome any Alien rip-off. I just adore this type of films
Without Warning was the original Predator...
With the original guy playing the Predator (KPH) 😁
@@DOI_ARTS In an interview on the bonus features of Predator Ultimate Edition, he said he played about four different versions of the Predator in four different movies (Without Warning and Predator being two, he didn't mention what the other two were though).
The great fact is that I had most of these on my Creature Feature list of youtube trailers and IMDB before watching this. Must mean I'm doing my work.
I wonder if Hell Comes to Frogtown will ever show up on one of these lists LOL
That movie is ridiculous & hilarious.
Check out a British 1990s film called The Boneyard (available in full on UA-cam) in it some Mayan or Aztec curse revives 3-4 children to be very creepy ghouls, and at the end someone’s mini poodle turns into a giant poodle monster. It is hilarious and fun.
I'm glad you mentioned the terror within, I've been looking for what that movie was for nearly 10 years.
One of my favorite B-movies was The beast within.
Agreed. It's been a favorite since I was a young pup in the 80's. I didn't know until about 5 years ago that it was based on a novel by Edward Levy, when I ran across it in a used bookstore. It's a LOT different than movie, but was still a good read.
Dude, why wasn't "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes," or "Earth Girls are Easy" included in this wild, whacky and witty Cheese Fest. I just about wet my britches I laughed so hard at these cinematic teasers!
I've only seen 1 of these... Humanoids from the deep... when it was released on HBO back in the day... You forgot Galaxy of Terror.
Humanoids from the Deep is notorious, hardly what I call a film that slipped through the cracks. Some of the others are great choices, though, particularly Creature, The Terror Within, Forbidden World and Frankenstein Unbound, though I wonder how you found the latter "campy".
Some absolutely FANTASTIC movies here!😂
Cool thanks, I'll admit to not knowing a couple of these, a fault that I'll rectify yesterday! 😅
On a side note, I doubt in '85 they had any CGI bro, much less on a B horror flick such as The Creature.
"Splinter" is NOT a B-film. It's an excellent watch and well made. Well above and beyond the rest listed.
I don't think Splinter is a cheesy movie. It's one of the best sci-fi/horror movies of 2008.
I miss seeing b movies in the 90s and early 00s
Seen all, except the Japanese Bear movie. Must find and watch. Thanks.
Just watched Splinter. Loved it.
Interesting list, quite illustrative. Tks 4 the info.
I watched this to check out how many (if any) I had seen. Titan Find was the only one (great film, btw). I am blown away by howany actors I recognised in the other films. There's only one answer, these have got to be put into the channel to be watched PLEASE!!!!
"And an abundance of gratuitous female nudity..."
I'm all in.
Some of my favorite creature feature from the 80's if you haven't seen them...
Critters... the first 3
Ghoulies... the first 3
Troll... the first 2
Demonic Toy's !!!**
Puppet Master... the first 4
The Gate ***
Basket Case
Phantasm 1&2
Seed People
Invaders From Mars 1986
The Stuff!
House II
The Dark Crystal... doesn't fir but it's awesome.
Any recommendations that fit this genre? Trashy but awesome 80's creature movies. I'm missing some but can't think of any.
Great classic films
...im a fan
"Yellow Fangs" looks AMAZING
I agree. It maybe just a man-in -bear-suit but its a very kinetic, very aggressive man-in-a-bear-suit.
Jack Palace: ALIEEEN!!!
Like, have seen and enjoyed all. Without Warning - marvelous. Much more repulsive than Predator who just kills fast.
Some of these movies seem really interesting to watch. And I might at some point.
Hey had you ever considering making a few video's on Underrated Disney Movies of TV shows?
The Black Cauldron (1985 Disney) and The Secret of NIMH (1982 MGM not Disney) are both underrated but excellent animated features.
@@HeyPatch---Couldn't agree with you more. Now I wish this channel would make a video and include them.
Very nice video, quite informative! Some on the list are, quite frankly, Z movies!
Splinter is AWESOME...and Jill Waggoner is so great, just like she was in the cruely cut short Blade TV series, another totally underrated GEM. I HATE when series are canceled before some sort of resolution, another egregious example being The Sarah Conner Chronicles..such an amazing series...I'm glad Lena Headey went on to play Cersei Lannister (even named one of my pups Cersei) but Goddammit I want resolution...both Blade AND Sarah Conner ended on SERIOUS cliffhangers and I will NEVER forgive the networks! There should be a rule that even if a show is being cancelled there needs to at LEAST a half assed conclusion....I guess that's what fanfiction is for lol ( besides fapping)
Cool movies !
Well it's not on that list, but i sure remember that bizarre little monster coming out of a kid's rib cage in Demons 2.
Fun Fact: Kevin Peter Hall played the a human hunting alien in both Without Warning and the far superior Predator years later.
He also played Bigfoot in Harry & the Hendersons.
I'm sure everyone watching this video would have already known that. It's probably why it was mentioned in the first place.
I really love this lindo of movies!!!
And Kevin Peter Hall was also in the Predator suit some years later,
I love both monster and B movie
Humanoids From The Deep: Fortified with 100% more fish monster rape than the name-brand Creature From The Black Lagoon.
I read the book Frankenstein Unbound was based on back in 1977- 1978
Roger Corman movies 🤘🤘
Totally forgot about Frankenstein Unbound. I remember enjoying that one.
? isn't/wasn't there a novel of the same name and possible theme? it's easier to ask other posters than it is to look through my collection of books.
@@deboralee1623 I think you might be right but I may be confusing it wit I, Frankenstein which was a graphic novel and movie.
Nissssssssssssssssssce 🦑
I'm surprised Meatball machine was on here! That movie is nutzo in a good way! The cheese is strong with this list but still fun! Humanoid from the deep should be renamed Rapey fishmen.
Also: The Runestone, Project: Metalbeast, Rejuvenatrix, Popcorn, and I, Madman. Lovecraft has such a strong following that I hesitate to mention From Beyond and Dagon, though. How about The Void?
The Void was excellent 👌
Loved Without Warning.
A healthy dose of mature cheese you mean like humanoids from the deep scared to death the slithis frogs blood Beach to name a few
The creatures in Without Warning are awfully similar to the Neural parasites in the original Star Trek lol
This list should have been "Roger Corman, the only B-Monster Movie Director Marvelous Videos Knows"
Btw I'm gonna subscribe to this channel
OMG I saw Parasite in theatre on an 8th grade date chaperoned by my Dad...and it was in 3D...really BAD 3D lol
I'm glad to see these getting some due attention, but I can do without the condescending tone. And honestly - Palance and Landau are "B-movie actors"? Please.
can you do list of troma movies loved toxic avenger
Watchers and Watchers 2 are so underrated.
splinter is well worth a watch
Happy Halloween 🎃💀👹👺
Happy Halloween to you too
Loved SPLINTER starring Shea ( pronounced Shay ) Wiggins. I.J.S.
Without Warning, early David Caruso. I don't think I've seen that one since 1980.
Landau and Palance are actually together in other horror movies. There is a little known British 80s horror movie set in America called Alone in The Dark (nothing to do with the games or the game based movie). In it 4 old men escape a mental asylum and start terrorizing people in the neighborhood. It’s a horror film with gruesome murder scenes, titties, and some comedy. In the end there is also a weird scene in which the character played by Jack Palance goes into some punk rock night club where in the entrance lobby he takes out his gun, brings it to the face of the punk girl, and then she starts sucking on it as he smiles. Very strange but fun.
What about "Galaxy of Terror" with Pre-Freddy Robert Englund and Sid Haig?
Humanoids from The Deep is the dopest
Surprised you didn't name check Cameron Mitchell in Without warning.
I already watched half of these, which is either cool or embarrassing.
16:39 there's the most horrorific monster ever known by humanity, a guy in a low budget monter costume.
50's b movie's are the best enjoy them all.
Without Warning is Awesome !!!
It's okay for me!
Every single human being likes cheese
Meatball Machine? Darn one day you'll suggest Tokyo Gore Police!
And Machine girl, that one was my favourite for a long time and was made by the same makers that did Tokyo Gore Police.
8:33 is that Skinny-Pete from breaking bad?
How about Horror Planet and Carnosaur?
Horacio from CSI:Miami is also in this
you had me at gratuitous nudity.. 🤗
CGI special f/x on Creature 1985?
Guys, there was no CGI in 1985!!!
My mom wouldn't let me watch these movies back in the days, because you know neked chicks.
Wouldn't it be a small village in Hokkaido? Hokkaido is that big island in North Japan.
Tetsuo: The Iron Man you will thank me
so, no mention of david caruso, or his blue shorts...
I love yellow fangs
Splinter a B-movie?
Its nice movie.
Happy Halloween 2020

Splinter is a great movie
