- It's been a really long time since I've run this game, so time for a challenge run. Beating this game without boomerangs is not possible, but maybe beating it without the most prominent pickup in the game? That should be pretty interesting. And hard. Mostly hard.
Cool to see, not play a Ty game since the PS2 days, and I never got very far either. Nice going
Ty the Tasmanian Tiger is such an underrated gem. I remember revisiting it a few years ago to finally finish it (since I couldn't figure out how to beat that stupid shark boss), and it was so much fun playing through the game again.
This channel is so criminally under rated. Legitimately brilliant stuff as always

I grew up playing ty 2, later played this 1 and 3, loved them all and will forever be awesome!

God, this is a game I grew up with, I still have my version of it for the PS2 in a box under my table. I remember 100%'ing both 1 and 2 (Never managed to get hold of 3).
More recently, I got 3, kinda disappointing compared to 1 and 2, but still fun in comparison to how they ruined it for 4.
I hope we get to see some challenge runs again for the TY games, it's an awesome blast from the past, and one hell of an underrated game imo.

Obscure game, a difficult idea, the perfect mix in a bag to watch.
An interesting challenge for this game could be the least amount of boomerang attacks that you can use to beat the game. Instead, most of the attacks would be bites.

Had no idea you made this video. Bro you're insane for discovering that air swimming technique. Many speed runners can now maybe break world records with it. Also bro you should try Rayman 1 or 2 challenges to make things more interesting if lets say you might be bored at the time to do another Rayman 3 video. Or even Rayman Redemption challenges since I think no one has even attempted any for Rayman Redemption. It will be really great to see how you would beat those games with limitations
Rayman 3 is definitely coming of course, but I have no way to record Rayman 2 unfortunatly. Too bad, because I really want to

I have hours of recording actually, but ran into a big roadblock. Still investigating the possibility

I have no way to play Rayman 2 currently, which I find really upsetting. Otherwise there would definitely be a video on that

You could just use the cheat code to get all the rangs and just go straight to Cass' Pass. But that would not make for a very interesting video

Pretty good video! I actually had the idea to make this run into a video, but never got around to finishing it. As I didn't get any further than the 2nd water slide in Walk in the Park, decided to use the Boomerang unlock cheat code to skip Bull's Pen, and go to the next area. But upon doing this cheat code as soon as the game starts, you could just turn around & head straight to the final levels with no opals to worry about whatsoever.
'Course, that's the super easy option. But I'm glad to see that doing it proper is actually possible! Nice job!
I've actually never played this game, is it on ps4? Or is it a much older game?
It's an older game but got remastered a couple years back
Technically you could do this with only playing the first level and third level? As those are required for the second boomerang and the aquarang
