So i have 1 pound of raw spinach for breakfast with apple cider vinegar and olive oil dressing (very light). same thing for lunch but with added Parmesan cheese and nuts. Than for dinner i have 4-5 pounds of steak. Keeping it simple really helped me stay on track with my goals.

Okay, so not be that vegan, (honestly, I loved steak and could’ve easily eaten a whole meal out of it) but I wish you had added something to this video. Steak is THE animal product that causes the most pollution (the land and water that is needed for cows plus the methane they release makes it much much worse than other meats). Eating nothing but that for a whole week, on top of eating it at cheaper places which may not ethically source their meat, means that there was a massive environmental footprint that came from this challenge. I have no problem with people eating meat at all and I loved the idea of this challenge, but I think you should add something to the description notifying viewers of this fact. Also linking resources for how to find ethically raised and environmentally friendly steak would be awesome. Butcher Box is a fantastic option for people looking for this. Again, I loved the video and thought it was really interesting. I only wish there was some kind of reckoning with the impact.
