@WebMD did this with my foam roller after watching this once and holy cow it feels great but sooo painful on that it band one he is not kidding!!!!! but definitely feels great
I personally use this before and after a workout and it helps a lot with warming up the muscles for exercise, and also making sure the muscles don't get bunched together afterwards. But after a workout, I wait maybe 30 mins to start rolling them out again because it's best to roll out your muscles when they're relaxed as opposed to just after strenuous activity. i believe after is preferable. I've heard doing stretches before a workout can lead to injury. It's mobility exercises you want to do before a workout not stretching
@@ieuanjones7615 Foam rolling and stretching are different. It helps to warm up the muscles as opposed to stretching it out. It's because you're only supposed to be foam rolling when your muscles are in a relaxed state which after working out isn't the best idea. It'll make your muscles more sore and result in being overworked. :)
