Bout time! I've been searching everywhere for this exact set up for my 2017 F150 SC Special Edition! I'm totally going with the Halo Lift coilovers/shocks, SPC UCA's, 275/60/20 Falken Wildpeak AT3W and 20x10 Asanti AB813 Cleavers (black & machined) with a -12 offset. Until now I wasn't sure just how much of the tire/wheel was going to extend out past the fender, looks like my guesstimate is going to be spot on! Really glad to actually see this, answers my questions. Thanks Custom Offsets!
I need to see what 20x10 -12 on 33s on a F150 looks like. I ordered -12 and I'm worried it's gonna look useless. I didn't buy bigger wheels for a 9 wide look
I have a 2012 F250 RWD and need some wheels asap. I think 20x10 -19 would look good for me but my truck looks lower compared to all the ones I saw on custom offsets. It was an oil field truck I got for $800 2 years ago.
Not recommended because it's impossible. Going above a 2.5 inch lift in the front will induce extreme CV axle angles which may cause problems/breakage when its time to go into 4wd. The thing about 4 inch+ lift kits on these F150s is that your kit crossmembers are designed differently and they usually have you cut the rear crossmember mount (which is part of the frame) so there is room to drop the front diff and the CV axle angles are maintained at normal but those kind of weird crossmembers that come in those kits dont allow you to put on most full undercarriage covers without you doing some kind of custom fabrication to them and alot of the 4 inch+ lift kits force you to permanently & irreversibly weld or alter your vehicle which is not ideal for everyone and not everyone can weld or weld correctly so it may be additional expensive installation cost. Some people would like the option to return the vehicle back to stock for when they get too old to be climbing into a lifted truck, or want to sell the truck and move their lift to a replacement vehicle, or when they want the truck to sit lower for work so they can actually easily load the bed up. These 3 inch lifts do that and they do it very affordably, are practically DIY, and they are the smallest lift you can go that allows the popular 35 inch tires. 3 inch lifts with strut spacers and leaf spring blocks (maybe some Upper control arms and extended struts) are fully reversible and don't permanently modify your vehicle. However these 3 inch lift kits don't drop your front differential and its impossible to drop it 3 inches with the stock crossmembers (the crossmember mounts get in the way which is why most 4inch+ lift kits have you cut them off) to maintain proper CV axle angles so your CV axles are extreme and you are stuck with a choice......put on a fully reversible & affordable lift kit and potentially pay for a bunch of CV axle replacements in the future or pay up front for expensive installation and 4 inch+ lift kit and be that way for the rest of your duration with the truck and pay for the knee & hip replacements for climbing into this high lifted truck as you get older.
Torey, send an email to info@customoffsets.com with some more vehicle information and they should be able to help you figure out what kit would be best for you!
How much would it cost to get a 3 inch lift vs a adding 2.5 in spacers. And what type of wheels tires can go under both. I have A 2017 f 150 and I want to build something nice but not to high
Hey bud i have a 2017 f150 aswell 4x4. I did a 2.5 inch level spacer in front and upgraded the rear block from the stock 1.25 inch and did a 3 inch. I now have a 1 inch rear taller stance. 2.5 inch front makes rear squat look. I also have 295/70R18 on 18x9 rim with +12 offsett. Tire equals 34 tall and 11.5 wide. I stick out mabey half inch. Parts cost me $80 total and did it myself. Plus $100 to get alignment after. I love my set up. hope this helps bud.
Can I do this with my 2018 xlt 3.3 L? I wont be towing much or looking to race and i wont be driving MUCH so not worried about gas consumption. But if this lift will ruin my engine/tranny ill obviously skip doing it.
Heres a link to the gallery add for this truck, the wheels/tires and suspension that were used along with the prices of each are included in the add aswell! As far as installation goes, if you are interested in having us do an installation on your truck at our shop in Appleton, WI please send an email to info@offsetsgarage.com and they should be able to get you a rough estimate!
would this work on a ram 1500 with 18in rims 33 inch tires? I have a decent amount of offset I tires and rims stick out about 2 and 1/2 in not sure what the offset is or how to measure it.
I have a new 2020 F150 XLT 4x4, trying to decide what offset will work with 33's I don't really want them sticking outside fenders if possible and NO rubbing. Will a normal 2.5 leveling kit be enough and with what offset. I'm digging the Ammo D700 wheels with the Toyo Open Country AT III
Love the truck. Are you gonna tell us the cost? Have you guys done a new Ranger yet? I live about an hour away, i really need to come check you guys out. Cool vids!
STAY AWAY! Shortly after having these installed, I had loud metal pops and creaks on every right and left turn. I called the company and they would replace the coilover's but not the labor I would have to pay to replace their defective product. Refund was also not an option.
one of the best set ups you've done.

I like it simple and clean nice truck
Not sure why but I really prefer the look of 16-18" rims lol. Sidewall looks nice and better off road.
Check out our 16" wheels here!

Thanks for the love🤙
I do leveling kits and lift kits wheels and tires love rims 😆 those fords are really easy at the job i work at TTSI

Looks killer
Beautiful truck
Y’all should do a readylift SST 3.5” lift kit
Damn that looks good!

You should do a 11-16 f250 lift wheels and tires
7 inches of lift and 35's is where truck life begins. ;)
Truck life mostly begins with a truck though🤙
Most people feel that's where douche bag begins.
@@JeremySchoeder We're not talking about adults playing with radio controlled cars here. Lol :)
Would it be recommended to do a front diff drop and sway bar relocation kit with this 3 inch lift?

Similar setup I got on my Titan except I got an Icon 3" lift and similar wheels but same tires
jrcu19 pictures ?
Could you tell me what the total height of the truck was after the lift and tires? I need to stay under 7' tall for my garage. Thanks!
simple but badass
Love your show, hope I can get a left on your shop. 2 thumbs up 👍👍. How much is a 3 inch left with a 20x10 on 33s
You can find everything you're looking for on our site man and filter by your truck!! bit.ly/2r9oPRP
Needs smaller wheels (like 17s) with those 33s; otherwise good.
Absolutely not
little wheels are for sissies
Little wheels are for true off roading people
Do the upper control arms help correct the axel angles very much?
Yes the upper control arms are designed to take away most of the nasty angle
Trying to find a small lift without using leveling blocks or messing with the knuckles and my upper control arms.

Could you put airbags on with this kit?
I would like to know what that bed cove is
What do CV angles look like? Great build
Not too shabby 🤙🏼
I love it!
How much would this exact setup cost with installation? This is perfect

$5-6k
Is a 4" lift too much for 33" tires? Will it look ridiculous?
Yes it will look ridiculous if u going 4 get 35s

Luvvit 👌
Is it rubbing due to the negative offset? “Stance”
Yes and the larger tires aswell!
Will 35/12.50r24 +1offset work with this kit on 15 F-150
That would depend what is on it for suspension! Take a look in our gallery and see what other people have fit on their F150!

Definitely stop by our showroom in Appleton, WI whenever you have the chance to during the week!
Nice video, the last thing we need is more videos with strut spacer lifts. You bought a $45k truck, stop putting $200 lift kits on it.
Now $60k trucks!
What kind of bed cover does he have on that truck? I’m looking for one for my 2015 f150
All the info we have is right here! bit.ly/31mWd7k
I want this kit
What was the cost for this with installation?
what would this get mpg wise.?
It wouldn't lose very much to original!
What would you do so that it doesn’t rub in reverse?
Pulling back the liner and fastening it usually takes care of it rubbing in reverse!
Hey @@CustomOffsetsTV what do you mean by “pulling back the liner & fastening it”? I thought the rub was on rear crash bar no? Thx
thinking about purchasing the halo kit, do i really need the upper control arm ?
Please send an email to info@customoffsets.com and they should be able to tell you what would work best for your vehicle!
What’s the song at the end

@@CustomOffsetsTV have a f150 needs 4 " lift and new boots
So with that setup, what height were the coils set at?
3 inches 🤘🏼
Needs 12 wides -44!!! Lol!
Did y'all lifts go under? There website is not working...
No we have not, is it still not working for you?
@@CustomOffsetsTV I found it on your website thank you! I'm probably gonna go with a full 4" lift. Any issues with CV angles on the 3"
Depends on which lift your looking at! shoot us an email at info@customoffsets.com and we can help you choose the right kit.
👍😎.
Too much wheel not enough tire
I got 12 wides on a 2.5 level on my 2018....seems like a waste of a lift
And the ride on this compared to your level isn't on the same planet...
@@schurlknight20 I'm just saying you could fit way bigger wheels and tires with that amount of lift
Yo what’s good guys I have to talk really really bad it’s important
What’s up?
I’ve got a 20x14’s on 33’s with a level. 😤
great setup, but shortbeds look absolutely wack
Lol they look the best. Just not as functional as the rest.

They rust out quickly!!!!

The wheels?
Yeah, what are you referring to? The shocks are anodized aluminum.
