I have a Cleveland HALO 4 Hybrid stiff shaft which feels fine. 22 degree loft distance for me is 185-200 yards, 7 wood then 195- 215 yards. Although my hybrid and 7 wood carry the same loft the 7 wood goes 15 yards further. Hybrid still stays in the bag for versatility, bump and runs not even at the green side but below heavy tree canopy. I would bump run from 130 yards between trees with confidence. Longest iron now in the bag is a 6 iron.
awesome review...i just bought the STEALTH 2 HD in the 3 wood and 5 wood and 4 Hybrid....lookin forward to golf season....might also add the STEALTH 2 HD Driver.....cheers from Canada
I recently got the stealth 2 three wood. It is incredible. So much fun to be able to hit consistent point and shoot bombers. Game changing. How do you like the stealth 2 hd hybrid? I am considering a 5 hybrid. stealth 2 or stealth 2 hd
@@joshuak5757 The HD is a cracking piece of kit Joshua, we have a video coming within the next few days comparing it to the the Stealth 2 and Stealth 2 Plus. Might be worth a watch.
Awesome review. Not trading in my G 425 hybrids though. G 430 is great though. I do love the fact they can be adjusted. I have used the adjustability of Ping hybrids and woods to my advantage. Love it.
Why was TITLEIST TSR excluded from the test. I tried many hybrids and just moved from ping g425 to TITLEIST TSR2 which has been so much better in look, feel, and consistency
We tested hybrids at the end of Jan and start of Feb Kevin, the TSR hybrid samples weren't available then and there seemed little point in including the previous TS when we knew by the time the video went live the model would be superseded. Hope that explains.
@@todaysgolfer I am struggling with the title of “Best Hybrids 2023” and you leave one of the biggest names in golf out and didn’t at least put a disclaimer why TITLEIST was not included I am going to have to unsubscribe as this is very misleading and not true to the title
Understand where you are coming from Richard, it's just really hard to find a tester who can produce data we feel you guys can rely on. Amateur testing is just so hit and miss, and we certainly don't want to mislead anyone.
Thinking 5 hybrid. Considering stealth 2, stealth 2 hd, rogue st max os. The 949x sounds promising with its tight shot area . How was your height with the 949x? Forgiveness on mishits compared to stealth and callaway?
Hi. I just got a pxg gen 5 driver and 5 wood. Because of price I was thinking of cleveland 4 h and 5 h vs pxg 5 h xf gen 6 Need to replace my 4 iron and 5 iron. Is the cleveland easy to hot for a senior
What loft was the Mizuno Fli-Hi? Also did it have a steel or graphite shaft? It seems the Fli-Hi comes in predominantly steel shaft; if it was steel, how did it affect performance and possibly feel with the steel shaft?
Weird I have watched a few reviews now and I am now wondering if some of you are sponsored by the companies as you guys are saying the taylormade is top, the one I watched before you placed the taylormade bottom and the callaway top.

It's because we tested when the TSi had been discontinued and the TSR samples were not yet available. Of course the TSR will be included next time around.

There's not going to be much between the Cleveland and PXG XF hybrids, both target a very similar audience.
Would the stealth HD work for an amateur with an average hybrid clubhead speed of 90 mph? Or is that club more suited for slower swing speeds?
