Ive got an Ironman profile and let me tell u dungeons gets real boring once ur past the early stage cuz good drops need money so u have to grind out mining or farming a lot and in that u depend on urself but when u go back to dungeons and meet monkeys u hate it even more since u have to depend on things u can’t control
A VPN is use at your own risk anyway... There is no anti-vpn and most residential IP vpns can bypass anti-vpns so... yeah, I get more stable ping on a VPN in the EU

You can use a VPN safely as long as your account is a higher level as they aren't looked at as carefully for VPN use but that said don't join a vpn join a new ip join hypixel And join a new ip hypixel new ip hypixel ect that will ban you I know this as I got 2 of my alt accounts banned as I forgot my Vpn was on while watching Netflix
