Thanks for this enjoyable vlog, Erik. How about vloging the New York nightlife? When I was young I loved clubbing in 1960s Los Angeles. I also find it fun to watch you cook...such an everyday thing but calming. Take care!
Love content like this, NYC, your life, a little bit normal life in this beautifull city I am dreaming of. You have an amazing life - so fun to watch. Hunting apartments would be nice on YT
Love the new format Erik! I think it's fun to see day in the life type stuff just like this vlog...a mix of home and work. Good luck getting snipped Theo 🐕 ❤
Hey Erik - Longtime viewer. This is exactly the kind of content that I come for and that separates you from the others. I love to see a mix of a day-in-the-life / million-dollar-listings / Theo - This is great!
Hi Erik. I hope you see this. I’m 56 and recently have been watching your videos, they’re great! I want to tell you that you have got me motivated at my age to want to reach to do better for myself! You’re a great motivator, keep it up! I would love to come to NY and do a fe tours with you, a bucket list dream!
Good luck on the two year course Erik. One tip if you're interested is to talk a concept out loud as if you are explaining it to a stranger. Whatever you cannot explain in its most basic terms is what needs to be reviewed. Rinse and repeat. This concept works for learning anything and got me through my bachelors and masters.
The concept can be explained in one sentence, but is such a massive massive goal many people would project their own fear on it and say it’s impossible. Gotta keep the big ones close and work in silent.
I had a service dog named Chewbakkah he was a beautiful chocolate Labradoodle. He unfortunately passed away 8 weeks ago from brain cancer at the age of 8 yrs old. But yes he had separation anxiety just like Theo! I love Theo thx for sharing him with all of us. He actually warms my broken heart. Big hugs to Theo from me please. 🤗
Hi Erik, I think this is the first time for me to leave a comment…this kind of vlog is the reason why I’ve been your subscriber for few years by now. I love watching how you capture the city and you have a good balance, mix and match…real estates and your daily stuff. Stay warm. Love from Tokyo 🇯🇵.
@@thewhitealbum2336 Yes that's what he mentioned way back. Erik is already an amazing Producer. I imagine he can work with even bigger projects in the future.
New favorite! This has everything! You should do one like this each year! It has everything! Routine, doggo, relatability, food, city, transport, home, behind the camera, and aspirations! Even Info on your camera/video equipment! Love it!!
Erick.. this is the most Realistic inspiring vlog.. keep posting we really appreciate your efforts ,work. Hope this year 2022 bring happiness and success to you 😊
It was Theo that made me watch your first vid- mountain lodge. It separated your vids from the rest with a blend of professjonalism and normal (not slick) guy. Theo showed that. Goldens are the best! We also live with a sassy one with separation anxiety. -always working with her at my feet- 🇳🇴
Hi from cold Canada…yes enjoy daily vlogs. You are so enthusiastic and love your ‘get up’ early routine. Before I retired (am over 60), I held a high stress IT job and I’d be at the gym door first in the morning at 5:45 am in -20 Celsius and colder with wind chill waiting with 3 others for the doors to open (do the math in Fahrenheit, COLD). I’d get to work so pump and ready to deal with whatever came my way. Morning workout is the best.
my dog suffers from separation anxiety and i find if i leave my pajama shirt on the bed this helps your dog feel comforted. the smell on your shirt reminds them of you. but i would also like to touch on that your dog is still young and can grow out of it.
Very cool video! I live in Norway , and it’s awesome to see NYC vlogs made by locals, going about their lives. Just really cool that you can watch somebody going about their life on the other side of the globe, especially in a place you dream of traveling to someday. Thank you , Erik!
Thanks for sharing your life Erik. Yes, you have spoken about mental health and I too cannot say enough about taking care of that end of life. I hope you find the place for you to purchase and I look forward to seeing what it is you purchase. I enjoy these vlogs and I hope to see more of them. Thanks for opening up you life and Theo too. I love that dog.
I love New York, I must visit again and shop LOL, a workout, vitamins and water that's how I start my day too. Good luck with school, enjoy your last week before getting snipped Theo! thanks for sharing your day Erik
That home is really nice. I saw the full episode before. And yes, I also am an early person, love when the stores are more quiet and the quieter roads also. 😊😊😊
Did you get your boy during covid? I adopted my boy back in dec 2020. Ive been working from home since then. My boy has severe separation anxiety! I think its to him being a covid puppy and having us home alllll the time.
Erik- first, let me say that I love your real estate vids! This day in the life vid was great- coming to your place for dinner! Your golden is hilarious! Looks so much like a golden i once had, and similar behaviors, too! Guilt trips, sock stealing.. Thanks, Erik!
I have a little dog and he has major seperations anxiety, he even goes to sit in the toilet with me. Besides Theo is so cute with his little smile. Loved the vid
My dog had separation anxiety, one thing that really helped was not making any fuss when your leaving. Just slip out the door no good bye nothing, this seems mean but the dog responds to you saying good bye and kisses etc as anxiety upper.
Wow. It has been such a long time that I have been watching your videos on New York City ever since you first started. Even sent you some smelly cuttlefish from Singapore 🇸🇬 when you used to open packages 📦 from others
Very interesting vlog. I love your dog Theo and his face when he has the sock in his mouth! The expression made me 😆 😄 🤣 ! Please give him a big hug! Thank you for this most interesting vlog 😊!
This channel has popped up in my recommendations several times because I watch so much NYC-related content….with no plans to move there myself, lol. First video in and I had to subscribe for Theo and also…those views of NYC are amazing. Looking forward to more vlogs and maybe…some easy, healthy cooking content would be cool!
I feel your pain with a pet and school work. When I was in nursing school my cat would inadvertently join in on the zoom meetings and start meowing or hop on my desk.
I've just moved out last Sept to a "student" studio 182 square feet studio. Erik's videos are amazing! love watching them with a coffee looking out onto Glasgow central station. Love your content!
Great video we’ve got a Labrador who ate a sock! We got our dog a month before the first lockdown which means he’s so used to us being home with him he hates being away from us.
2 things : 1. I don’t know if it was Dan & Drum song or what but this vlog felt so nostalgic. As I said last week, I’m so excited for this new series of vlogs. 2. I have a French bulldog and he has separation anxiety as well. I live in a 1 BR in LIC and if I go to the kitchen (5 feet away he follows) and as I work from home, he loves knocking my laptop off my lap and taking over. We don’t deserve dogs lol. Great video as always Erik! Can’t wait for next week
I just love your dog. I've always wanted a golden retriever. I'm a pushover so if he had a sock of mine and looked at me like that then I'd just let him keep it. He is the cutest and its so nice to see how much you love him and take care of him. With that said.....can I have him lol
I feel for Theo. I hope his separation anxiety goes away. What do you do with him when you have to travel ? Do you have a dog sitter? I hope there is a way for you take him with you everywhere you go....Dogs are precious!
Loved this! Thanks for the motivation on sticking to the morning routine! My Aussie shep mix deff has anxiety! I read don’t make big deal when you leave (although it’s sad leaving them - they feel that sadness)
I don't have a dog but i do have a cat and when ever i go outside and he stays at home he's always stressed and he is sick ,i can never let him alone more than an hour .I once was gone for about half a day and when i got home i had to take him to the vet, the vet told me that he got sick because of the stress and it is is separation anxiety !!
Erik!!! Yes! This video is by far one of my favorites - keep doing vlogs :) I’ve been thinking about moving to the city from CT and seeing “a day in the life” vlogs are such a cool insight.
Comment what type of NYC vlogs you want to see in future episodes!

This has to be one of the best videos on your channel just because of how pure and real it is. I love this type of content and it makes my day.
2022 on this channel is all about just making real content
Damn, can we just appreciate him for revealing his daily routine
He’s done it a couple times already.
It’s changed a lot

There are probably a million good-boys in NYC, but I think Theo is top of the list for us! What a great dog! 🐕
Loved the rawness of this vlog. Keep 'em coming.

It's a good restart. I really like the parts with Theo. He's a well-behaved dog. What classes are you taking? More things business related?
the complete opposite or business related, something I've been wanting to do since I moved to NYC.

Would love more vlogs. Are your old vlogs still available to watch?
Yes! I made a separate channel called Erik conover originals

I hope they fix the building, because the views are simple breathtaking. That particular apartment is such a blend of modernity and tradition.
I completely relate to the morning routine. I'm a big morning person. It's quiet. It's peaceful. That's my time. If I don't get it you can tell.
