I am the regular viewer of your channel.
I want to ask how to reduce or prevent mental fatigue.
I have this query because I want to prepare for govt exam SSC CGL and I am doing job 10 to 6 in Mumbai so for preparing we need some mental relief but I am unable to study for more than 2-3 hours, only after 2 hrs I feel my mind exhausted.
I need CGL job at any cost plz help me what I can do for mental fatigue so that I can better prepare for my exam and get selection.
Why do you need SSC CGL job at any cost?
