Actually Patching therapy k result 12-13 saal ki age tak kaafi ache notice kiye gye hai, jsa aap bta rhe hai ki apka LASIK hua hai to we assume you're 18+, in that case software based therapy is actually very helpful.

Retinitis pigmentosa as such has no cure
But some patients can get help from rehabilitation if vision is very poor
Vitamin A can help in delaying the progression

Convergence and fusion excercise helps in divergent squint
Patching will only help lazy eyes, squint is not benefitted by patching

If you are loosing vision everyday then you need detailed examination by ophthalmologist including dilated fundus check up.
Patching is helpful if you have amblyopia due to squint , though at 34 yrs age, expectations should not be high.

How much time is required for each eye for my 4 year old daughter ?

For mild to moderate amblyopia, 4 hours daily is enough. Check vision every 3 months.
In severe amblyopia, full day patching is advised for few weeks. Later duration can be reduced.

I'm 24, recently realised that I have been wearing wrong powered specs for quite some time. My vision wasn't clear on left eye.
I did eye test on local spec store, I wasn't able to see clearly from left no matter the powered glass I tried. I ordered my new specs with the most optimum power.
Did I developed lazy eye? Can it be treated.
Yes lazy eye can be treated even for adults and I think you just have strabismus I pray you have your eye healthy🙏🏻
