* 454g casava (1 pack)
* 1 egg yolk
* 1 can condensed milk ( save 1/2 cup for the topping)
* 1 can coconut milk
* 1 tbsp melted butter
* 1 jar macapuno (strain it to remove the syrup)
* 1/4 cup cheese ( for the mixture)
* 1/2 to 1 cup cheese for the topping
