to be honest, I don't like eeveelutions. If I had to choose my favourie, it'd be sylveon. Not because 'AWWW CUUUUTTTTEEE' but using return is a SHIT TON OF POWER. And fairy attacks are decent because of the amount of dragon types people use

Flareon: Pretty nice! It might fit better with Jolteon (my opinion)
