in my country if you have xenon bulbs you need headlight washers because every factory xenon car has it and if you dont you either have to remove bulbs during registration or install headlight washers...
Lol my Lexus rx300 has factory xenons and no headlight washers, idiots in that country, headlights dont need washers its not a windshield, if they get a tad dirty wash the damn car 😂
May I know what did you spray on the reflector to clean it? I've dealt with lots of reflectors before and some aged reflectors couldn't even take a simple water wipes, it just comes off.

Very nice retro, I noticed a bit of unfilled space with JB Weld between the projector and the back of the reflector, is that not going to make the projector somewhat rattles inside the housing given it is a heavy weight projector so the speak. Great job overall.

FYI this is only possible if you headlight reflectors have a flat bottom. Most OEM lights sit at an angle and must be aligned on the car itself, which makes it much harder.
Even if it's at an angle, you still align it to the factory line on the wall at the angle the stock cutoff displayed. Once mounted it will be straight. Just match what it displayed.
It is possible uitilizar this projector in the C4 PALLAS lighthouse? I saw that the quality is superior to Miromoto H1 Anxious hope your answer! Hugs! Romao Moita
Yes it will hold forever :) Once cured it forms a permanent bond and can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded and drilled and will withstand temperatures of up to 500 degrees F / 260 C.
Thanks, this video is about 8 years old so there are better HID xenon and bi-led projectors now. Only some Bi-led projectors are more powerful and good HID projectors with quality bulbs are still very good.
Why did you install a LHD cutoff when the factory beams were RHD cutoff? Was the car imported to another country? This Is extremely dangerous if the cutoff is on the wrong side!

how did you get that perfect line of light i got stock bixenon headlights on passat b6 but its not that distincitive.
Better headlight bulb itself, I also had that problem until I upgraded to HID

You just glued it into a plastic reflector, The projector had a metal mount that was also it’s heatsink. I wonder if this will melt?
I also wonder if it makes any sense to instal LHD projector into RHD car, you can notice that on the mirrored cutoff line 🙄
