C'est un très bon film, je vous recommande vivement de le voir et de voir son analyse. Pour moi c'est un de mes films préféré! Il mêle enquête policière et psychologie.
Alerte spoiler: le spectateur est à la fin pris en étau par ce film, il se rend compte qu'on lui a caché la vérité depuis le début et que tout était devant ses yeux.

Absolutely. Everything was unique about this show, the Cinematography, the writing, dark humour, the style of violence and especially THAT soundtrack. God bless Cristobal.
@@piratedgenes The cinematography in this show is probably the most beautiful picture iv ever seen. So many moments you see certain colors and you say "wow" this show would look amazing on an oled tv with bluray

Moreover, the US version went and ruined everything Denis Kelly perfected in the British Utopia. I mean I was absolutely appalled on how they the showcreators of the 2020 Utopia ruined it when they had such an amazing source to work with...not to mention the absolute trash of a soundtrack it had...Cristobal's soundtrack is the best and one the many way the British Utopia sells a scene through its music...
Also the American version was so painfully dumbed down.
The cinematography in this show is literally insane... Every frame is a work of art.

this show is sooo good but its extremely underrated. must watch show
Definitely one of the most visually pleasing TV shows ever created. It wouldn't be difficult to make a 1 hour long video like this about the show, because EVERY EPISODE is full of great shots. Great video, as always.
Check out the video made by “Pyrocynical” I’d say. It is, however, 8 hours long and filled with millenial humor.

@@MattCarter1999 That's fair enough, as it's incredibly lengthy. Although, I appreciated the incredible duration of the video, as it went to detail on every single episode of both shows.

and what i don't understand is: the US Americans speak english: why do they make a remake from an English-speaking UK series? i dont get it. - and i thought they only did remakes from german, swedish, danish series or films because they dont like dubbing or subtitles. ...

I'd say this is like the into the spiderverse for live action dramas/ series. Every frame is immaculately planned. Nothing is unintentional. Everything has a meaning. You can analyze a single second for hours on end. Just wish it was appreciated more.
It's all fun and games until you hear "Where's Jessica Hyde?"
I still can't believe they cancelled this 'Masterpiece'..
Guess what ? The showrunner announce recently that with the hype that create the remake a third season was not impossible ! We just have to wait and prey 🙏

I would’ve never known about this show unless it was for you UA-camrs reviewing it, and it’s a total masterpiece, after watching the first episode I was hooked, I don’t know what it is but there’s something special and unsettling about this show.

This is one of my fav shows❤️. I was heartbroken when season 3 got cancelled and then we got that stupid Amazon prime remake🤦🏻♀️
The show is so bright a vibrant, and the shots are like panels from a comic book. And the theme tune builds this anticipation and excitement for the next issue!

hard to overstate how important cristobal's OST is to this series. hard to imagine it hitting as it did without his quirky tunes

There are good shows, great shows, and special shows. This one is special. There was little point in an American remake and it's unfortunate how much that adaptation failed to get the point, but it's heartening to see how many people were directed towards its visionary predecessor.

A masterpiece of art which will never receive an award!!! This series was a warning of what was going to happen in 2016, but then T was elected and the plan moved 4 years behind. Everyone should watch this to understand what has been going on for the last 3 years.

I’d always heard about this mythical show about a mythical graphic novel but could never find a copy in the US - not for sale, not for streaming, nothing that could play on our devices, etc. Then the Amazon remake came along and started out ok but didn’t quite land for me. How is the original in comparison?
I wanted to gouge out my eyes with the remake. The original is sublime.
Make sure to watch the original aspect and edit version (Amazon have butchered the version they have up).
@@NapoleonGelignite was it originally in 4:3 aspect ratio? If so, did they crop that image into a widescreen/letterbox format for Amazon? How did they butcher the edit (like, is it different content-wise?)
@@MrJagermeister - it was cropped and som of the key scenes were edited, if the opening scene doesn’t end with Arby saying ‘don’t put the gas away yet’.
