Yeah it seems like out here in SoCal, people are either a RP knot or TP knot kinda person. Definitely the 2 best ones for our style of fishing. Only reason I don’t like the TP is because of the finish on it. Too bulky in diameter on one end, which gets hung up coming back through the tip of the rod some times
