More than 19 years later after the second MIB film from 2002. And nowdays she is unrecognizable, I honestly feel bad for what she do to herself. She used to be beautiful and gorgeous just the way she was. And I must admit that I had a crush for her when I was a kid. Also Lara's performance as Serleena was my favorite one from the entire MIB franchise. She didn't aged well due to all that bad plastic surgery. Also since 2002, when she shared screentime with Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith, she has not done anything relevant that caused the same impact as she did with Serleena or with Donna in the 90s. Her most recently appeareances were in supporting roles or in small time films.

I think she was drinking heavily at that time. Her decline did not happen over few years - it took a decade to destroy herself
