To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

@@sandrahall763 had the same issue. The connector did not go all he way in so I used the knife to cut out 1mm of plastic on the connector - now it is charging.

could anyone please help? the left ear bud isn't connected to the right i think, it blinks when it charges instead of staying a solid, consistent red, and when i press the button it doesn't flash red and blue, only the right does

My TWS earpods are black with a black case. When I turn on the case the light is blue and does not blink. When I set it for charging, the light becomes red and blinking. It later stops blinking but remains red.
How do I know it is fully charged?

Hi, the right earpod keeps beeping every minute or so and at first I thought that was because the battery was low, but even after charging for more than 2 hours, it still beeps - I can't even get through a song. Audio plays through both pods otherwise, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Any help would be appreciated.

Everthing works exept when i get to the bluetooth part and gwo seperate paring names vome up one is called TWS and the other is i9s but if i pair to both onky one works at a time
First make sure both of them are turned off
Then simultaneously press the button on both the earphones.
Keep them pressed until they say they are paired to each other.
This should take about 10 seconds.

We should power off the pods or not while charging from the box
The left and right earphone are red, so they are charging. After some time, the left one was blue and then off, the red is still red and charging, but after 24 hours the red one is still red. I don't understand why. Is the red earphone broken?
