呢個問題好複雜,一條新鮮魚最多擺放三日
但係建議都係兩日就好啦,因為保鮮工序繁複
兩日的話可以這樣,把所有內臟、血合、魚鱗去除
在短時間內沖洗乾淨(不能沖太久,大概1分鐘內完成)
(以免魚的體溫度上升)
之後快手把所有水份吸乾
放入有隔層的保鮮盒
然後放入雪櫃的菜格,最凍的位置(例如係出風口、雪櫃的左右兩側)
最佳溫度是0度到至4度
以上係職業級的兩天保存方法
