      + सियाटिका एक खतरनाक बिमारी है जिसको लग जाए उसका चलना फिरना मुश्किल कर देती है इसकी शुरुआत कमर दर्द से होती है फिर किसी एक पैर मे इसका दर्द शुरू हो जाता है और किसी को दाएं पैर में तो किसी को बाएं पैर में इसका दर्द होता रहता है सुई जैसी चुभन महसूस होती है किसी को दर्द के साथ झन्झनाहट भी महसूस होती है तो किसी को एक पैर मे कमज़ोरी महसूस होती है कुछ दूर चलने पर बैठ जाने को मन करता है किसी को उंगलियों मे सुन्नपन महसूस होता है तो समझ लो आप स्लिप डिस्क की चपेट मे आ चूके है और इसका समाधान बड़ी मुश्किल से मिलता है अंग्रेजी दवा का इसपे कुछ खास असर नही होता जब तक दवा का असर रहेगा तब तक हो सकता है कुछ आराम रहे मगर दवा का असर खतम होते ही फिर से दर्द शुरू हो जाता है तो आप को निरास होने की ज़रूरत नहीं है तुरन्त सम्पर्क करें सियाटिका स्पेशलिस्ट हकीम शाहिद अली अमेठी उ.प्र इंडिया

    मेरे डिस्क problem आ गयी थी, एक बार करने से मुझे 30%आराम मिला ,अगर मै आपकी बताई exercise नही करता तो ना जाने क्या हो जाता, लगातार तीन दिन करने से मै 90% ठीक हो चुका हूं ,सुबह शाम आपके बताये अनुसार किया बिना दर्द की परवाह किये हुये ,धन्यवाद

    Great video!
    I love yoga flow but because of my L5 S1 can't do it right now.
    1. When or Can I start yoga asanas all meaning forward bending with props?
    2. Will the slip disc problem reoccur shortly?

      I have seen cases of reccurance of slip disc due to asanas with forward bending. Better avoid it, perform asanaas that do not require forward bending. Or give atleast one year gap so that it heals completely.

      Same. Exercise krte rhe to theek rehta hai. Mere ko 5 saal ho gae lower back disc bulge problem hue, bina exercise 1 2 hafte baad same boht zada pain ho jata hai. 100% theek nhi ho rha
