Loving South Wales we did a wet and windy walk up the Brecons with the kids, great day out. Watching this has inspired us to pack the tents up and come back in summer!
What a great video-kicking soundtrack and the recent 2013 accolade for dark Sky status is well deserved. Well done to everyone in the National Park authority and residents alike. I was only up the Black Hill recently at 1 Am (2014) in the morning (Crib y Gath) looking for the aurora borealis. We didn't find it and although the Black Hill-Herefordshire is the eastern fringe of the park it still speaks of the area being great for night navex, bivvy, camp or hike. As a local I can testify to the beautiful in this part of the world. More nature please....
Fantastic piece of work. I have been to the Brecon Beacons to see the night sky several times, not many places in the UK can you see such wonderful sky.
