- August may be hot but if you fish those high percentage spots this month you’ll put some fish in the boat! They good thing is you’ll be able to pull up, make 5-10 casts and move on to the next one.
For any of the gear I use all season long you can get it here: www.basspro.co...
Good advice! Thanks Ott!
Thanks for the tips we’ll let you know Hos they do!!!
Good video Ott..lol but think you could do one on some smallmouth? Maybe help us northern guys out?
Another version of a milk run that I have used running from point to point now adding isolated structure. Thanks!
Ott, thanks for the technique on isolated targets. Good luck on Cayuga lake starting tomorrow. I will be watching you on live stream these next few days. 🎣🙏

Great info, sir. Really appreciate your time!
This video is right on the money! I have been catching some quality fish in shallow water on isolated cover. Thanks for the insight on these techniques.
These baits should work in any water 💧 thank you for sharing great information 👍
Thank you, Ott!

Getting ready for the live stream to start and thanks for another solid piece of advice to put more fish in the boat! Good luck this week in the tournament, we are rooting for ya down here in Louisiana!👍🏻🇺🇸🎣
Thanks 👍💯
I know of an OASIS on my home lake!! Too much traffic and boats driving over it full speed all day. I wait till it is time with no traffic to catch my fish! Underwater boulder in 11 ft. of water off of a lake secondary point! Great video Ott YOU THE MAN!! #RippinLipsInc
At the start of the video I was thinking Little River and darn if you didn't say it lol. The sand bars at the end with all the logs has treated me well in August for years.
What’s your tackle set up for the worm?
If he replies he’s probably going to say, Bass Pro Trick worm with a 3/16oz. Weight only. Not 1/8oz. Not 1/4oz.😀
@@charlesnorton2441 yes just yes
He uses a 7’1 medium heavy with a platinum reel and 40 pound braid with a 17 pound leader he’s trying a fg knot and then a 3/16 weight pegged with a bass pro shops worm
