The ending even makes sense when you consider the comics, where digesting regular food and water for the first time in years shut down Demo’s body system in prison

When demoman starts laughing, I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard and been so afraid at the same time. Imagine walking to the store at night and there’s plenty of people around, but pass an alleyway and all you hear is that audio coming from the darkness
Man, sure I love see how the background *change or have something literally in each shot.* For example -0:39 the danger letter have "offesive jokes" instead of what I have originally. -how each shot that containts only to Demoman the background have false walls sticked or destroyed or *more wine glasses* -0:51 how the scrumpy text is in a chemistry way. -Demo brain scene have some camera, texts and scrumpies that are worthy to look at it. And of course is bloody brillitant how did this animation turn out (surprised by the progress btw.). Simply wonderful!
Also notice the spawn area roll-up door in the shots with engineer (the door with the hand sign) it starts in it's normal position, and from shot to shot it appears closer to the camera, even moving for a spit second in a few shots, especially the one where it's directly behind engineer. in the first shot with spy, you see the spawn area door in it's original location with a knife in it. now look at spy's disguise mask. it's the Hand sign that's on the spawn area door. spy killed a fucking door and disguised himself as it. this is why I fucking love That Gray Cartoon Pony. little details that you catch like this that make the video more entertaining the more you watch it.

it starts in it's normal position, and from shot to shot it appears closer to the camera, even moving for a spit second in a few shots, especially the one where it's directly behind engineer. in the first shot with spy, you see the spawn area door in it's original location with a knife in it.
now look at spy's disguise mask.
