I know a RL example:
There is a japanese band named 「Chicago Poodle」and they have a song called「君の笑顔がなによりも好きだった」- which, I think, means (something like) "I liked your smiling face more than anything else".

I have a question, in the first example what does it mean "se ga"?
"se" is a person's height or a person's back and "ga" is a particle that marks the subject.

1) 2 words, ラーメン (ramen) カレー (curry)
2) 日本に一番行きたいです would be better.

How do you know when to drop も in よりも?
も is just there to emphasize the difference. You can drop も anytime if you wanted.
1. チョコレートアイスクリームのほうがヴァニラアイスクリームより好き
2. 日本に一番行きたい
3. コーラとペプシとドクターペッパーとジンジャエールの中で、が一番好き
4. スタートレックは１回も見なかった

@@JpLaunch Oops! 😂. For no.1 I meant chocolate ice cream(chocolate flavored ice cream) not "chocolate and ice cream". Should I have still used と for that?

Yes よりも is kind of like "more than" in English

Ah I'm simply wondering if 「AのほうがBより...です」works. Instead of saying 「AのほうがBよりも...です」
Or another example: 「AはBより...」instead of 「AはBよりも...」
