- Bei meinem Hyper Go MT war das hinter Diff kaputt. In diesem Foto-Video habe ich es repariert.
Für die Reparatur habe ich die besseren Y Bauteile verwendet. Stock HZ und Diff Zahnräder sind aus Aluminium Druckgruss. Die Zahnräder der Y Bauteile sind aus Sinterstahl und deutlich stabiler.
Eigentlich sind die Bauteile von dem 1/14 Street Drift Modell, aber bis auf das Ritzel passen Sie auch in die 1/16 Modelle.

I managed to put this gear in my MJX 16210
Cooles Video bin erst seit kurzen in dem Hobby drin habe auch zwei Hyper GO finds cool das man da so viel selber machen kann. Hoffe ich bekomm das auch so gut hin wie du :D Like und Abo lass ich dir da !

The Pic at 1:30 is Stock Gears in the 16xxx Cars. The Pic at 1:42 IS the build in Y Parts. I Hope that is, what you want to know.
By the way: Stock is die cast Zinc-Alloy Gears. Y Parts are sintered Steel Gears and the G Parts (from the 14xxx) are hardend Steel Gears. The geometry IS the Same. But the Pinion is in two Sizes available.

I could only understand the parts list in the transcript, but I could tell when you showed the stock 16420 sheared in half "look at this piece of crap, it only lasted an hour before it totally failed, it has no reason to even be here in the first place, no excuse!" 😅 I am happy to finally find a video actually showing the exact same thing that I have had an issue with myself, but I went through 5 of them in less than 2 weeks before I found out about the Y upgrade and I can now go figure out which store/site is the best one to order through for quality assurance since you listed one of the parts I wasn't sure if I needed to get too 👍 Plus the main gear smoothed down half it's teeth as the final farewell lmfao so ill get everything in a single purchase, for 2 DEERC H16R that failed extremely fast. HyperGO platform clone basically I believe, so parts are interchangeable.
I actually didn't want to wait nor had the money for new parts when it first happened so I literally patched the differential so I could drive it some more later that day or the day after if necessary 😂 It worked for a few minutes and split again, and then I used a better patch : jb weld instead of original gorilla glue like I did the first time 😂 It worked for significantly longer before it split again and then the front diff realized it was on the spot and tapped out too. jb weld x2 overnight and then drove through a few batteries before the free replacement truck arrived and then I ordered stock replacements. that was just a couple weeks back and I have only had the initial truck since January, so thats pretty ridiculous that they've already required a year's worth of maintenance and repairs.. Shitty diecast components chosen to ensure revenue flow long after the sale, like a mechanic replacing the same broken part with one just like it guaranteed to break in no time
Should Work with the parts. As Long AS IT looks Like the MJX Chassis and parts. I buy everything on AliExpress. They have sets in some Dealer sites with the even better "G" parts. 2diffs, Input Gears plus Spur Gear for about 28€.

@@buttracerrcIt uses the 16400 main driving set which includes the 402, 404, 405, the 16420, and then a 16392B on the motor. The H16R from DEERC at least comes with a nearly complete assembly instructions for each little piece of the entire thing and also the part numbers for everything. it just doesn't include the big detail of what to use to maintain or rebuild components to keep them in top shape, like lubricants/grease/oil for example. Just shows how to assemble everything from scratch

Hi. I have never Changed a pinion Gear in all my 4 MJX Cars. Till now no issues at the pinions. I belive they have a better Stock Material than the diffs.

Bist du auf 2S oder auf 3S gefahren um den Schaden zu verursachen?
Und ist das Problem gelöst mit den Y-Teilen oder fetzen die durch oder gar was anderes?

Moin Moin. Bin auf 3s bei dem Schaden gefahren glaube ich. Bin die ersten 20 Akkus 2s, danach nur noch 3s am fahren.
Die Y Diffs helfen enorm. Hab die jetzt in 3 Autos schon eingebaut.
Aber auch die werden irgendwann inne Dutten gehen, da der Wagen keine Slipper Clutch hat.

so all the parts dropped in to your truck with no issues? it looks like you had to use the stock pinion gear for the motor and didnt use the one in the bag part number 14392 im about to build one of these trucks and i want to make sure i upgrade the drive train with the right parts the first time thanks for your time.
Yes. Exactly as you Said. Diffs are changeable 1:1. Spur with diff Input Gear must be Changed complete - but IT IS everything in the Bag. Intput Gear Front 1:1 Change.
Only the Pinion you dont (can't) need, because it is too Big. The Pinion is only for the infraction Style Car. The Motor hast No Slider.
Hi, mal was anderes...an der Karo hinten der Bügel der hält keinen ganz Tag (bei backflipen muss man dazu sagen). Hat du oder jemand eine Lösung oder Idee wie man das in Griff bekommen kann?!
Den bügel gibt es aus Alu bei AliExpress. Alternativ Mal bei thingiverse gucken ob schon einer eine 3d Druck Lösung hat.
Ich hab mir damals einen neuen Karo für 12€ geholt, seit dem hält der Bügel an der neuen Karo.
Haben Sie eine empfehlung fur differential grease fur diesen 4WD Hyper GO's ?
Einfach gut haftendes fett was nicht schnell abschleudert. Von Tamiya gibt es da spezielle fette.zum Beispiel. Ich habe davon eins, ceragrease und eins von Arrowmax. Aber andere Marken haben sicher auch gute Fette.

ich hab jetzt auch bei einem Hyper Go 1/16 gebrochene Schrauben am Differential. Was hast du unternommen, damit das selbe nicht wieder passiert? Andere Schrauben? Hast du beim Hersteller reklamiert?

Hallo Chris, ich hab mir Y Diffs bei Ali bestellt. Die habe ich eingebaut. Das ist im Video zu sehen. Die Y diffs halten bis jetzt, ich denke da sind bessere Schrauben drin als in den Stock Diffs.
Andere schrauben könnte man nehmen, aber musst ja bei den alten diffs erstmal die Schrauben Stumpen raus bekommen. Bei nem 6€ diff lohnt der Aufwand nicht.
Hab meine MJX von AliExpress alle, da pfeiff ich auf Garantie. Wenn du einen Amewii gelabelten hast aus Deutschland, würde ich die Gewährleistung in Anspruch nehmen.

Hi. Bei AliExpress. Brauchst 16401Y, 16402Y und 2x das diff. Gibt ja so verschiedene Shops bei Ali. Guck Mal nach Lieferzeiten. Bei einem oder 2 Shops gibt's das diff gleich im 2er Pack für 22€ oder so.
Ich verwende bewusst keine Links, Werbung machen direkt ist mir zu doof.

Kannst du mir sagen welches diff öl da stock drin ist???
Kommt aufs Modell an. Steht in der Anleitung. Bei den Nachkauf Y Diffs weiß ich es nicht. Fühlt sich mittel an. Hatte kein Bock es auf zu machen.

@@muelsenagrar da ist Fett drin. Die Diffs ohne Buchstaben mit Zink Alu Zahnrädern und dem weißen Gehäuse haben keine Dichtung. Bin mir zu 75% sicher 😅

In dem Video sind ja die Nummern zu sehen. Man braucht alles bis auf das Ritzel.
Ich hab die Teile bei AliExpress bestellt. Einfach mal MJX Hyper Go Parts eingeben.
