Thank you for posting this. Paula was taken from us too soon, but as long as there are platforms like this, and the music is out there, she won't be forgotten. I never got to see the band live, but I dug them a lot. For those of us who liked the band, you mattered to us back then.
This simultaneously makes me happy and sad. I loved Paula Pierce and she was so nice and even bought me a drink. If only she could have seeked medical attention with her headaches. Thanks for sharing. Saw you three times in concert in LA, one pre-Kim Shattuck. Loved and met Kim too and she was so cool and unassuming.
Thanks for posting. I dug the band. Nearly saw the band at a show that was aborted due to a bad crowd and a shitty club owner. But you, Paula and Melainie made a good impression on me despite what happened. I was shocked at her death. I was a college dj about the same age as a band and felt I could be friends with you guys. For a nationally known act even in those circumstances that is rare.
@@SheriWeinstein I recall hearing at the time that they rehearsed with Lisa Beltri and a new bass player, but I never heard any additional details. I don't know how accurate all that info was.

It was seriously a shock and beyond sad when she dropped dead.

Dang
There was surely a deadly cold.
The yellow dress...
