20:00 this question and then sharing how real the struggle was meant everything. Especially right now. I’m at that turning point. And it’s relieving to know I’m not the only one near a breakthrough after hard times.
But if kids make their own choices - they are going to do what is around them, and if they are too young to watch the videos to understand the violence, this needs to be the role of the parent to place kind boundaries. If our child wanted to try something I always said we can make it vegan. I was also super prepared, and also told them the story behind that egg, cheese or fish. So we do eat vegan all the time. And it is about knowing the sad stories about animals and conveying those stories lovingly so they can understand. Letting kids go at this on their own, is harder for them. Support them, they will thank you.
The part you missed that's most important is their children took after the parents. Who they are around THE MOST. Kids make their own choices but it's an assumption it always go to something bad. Everything is assuming Rich and Julie forced their kids to be vegan but they took after the parents eventually through positive influence.
I'd say grass fed and hormone/anti-biotic free. From an animal that has lived on grass rather than grain/corn or in a factory environment. Even so, u might still be ingesting animal protein which has its particular effects on our cells. You can research this and make ur mind up. ty
@@TheBlueskyson It's keeping the animal from any impurities that might hurt US after we kill the animal in order to eat it. It, unfortunately, is about us, not the animal.

'My kids are vegan by choice' - Yeah right.
What does it effing matter? lol
@@TechOutAdam It matters cos kids do not get a choice about being vegan if their parents brainwash them into it.

We did too. Sadly, all my children eat meat but happily eat whatever we make them while they’re home to visit.

In other words, it's still about commodifying the animal.
