After last nights attempt I feel that I haven’t had enough time just getting to know the vibrations. Last night was my 4th time. I could feel my body start to separate but I couldn’t distinguish between the two. Then I could feel a skips in the vibration and was scared I was losing it. After I called back down I just felt like my body was tumbling maybe. It was a very disorienting. Could get a sense of direction. After attempting various things to slow or calm down the disorientation I gave up for the night woke up more rested than I have felt in months. I plan to try again whilst my head is pointing in the direction of true north tonight👍
I had my 70th experience yesterday full projecting. I’d say 50 of these times I had some kind of sex. I even state I don’t want to when I go but as lift out, fly around, have fun and first female I see, boom, we’re going at it. It’s amazing but I don’t want to, I want to explore and it just kinda happens…
Sorry for my bad eng .. the first time a had a sleep paralysis it was soooo scary i saw a black dressed men standing in my room and aproch me . Also a white lighting come from the back off my head /body .. at first i was scared to sleep but when i search i found out you can enter a lucid dream through that .. and all that happend was a hallucinations Now im not sure about what im doing but now that i vlose my eyes white samething so that i can not oppen them in sleep paralysis .. all i can feel now is sameone with me Sameone that touch me touch my body or even more If i sleep white same kind of idea about s.. in my head .. i will wake up in sleep p and that thing will do what i think of .. the thing is that a lucid dreaming or you can reallh control your sleep p .. because im always paralysis and all it can happen is that thing . And i don't know the real feeling cause i never try it .. but it feels more more more real and the feeling are more powerful than a lucid dreaming Same time there like same one take my hand and try to take me samewhere elese i always afraid so i never let that happend . Is what happen ok or not .. and plz if you can explain any of that . Cause to only thing i can do in s.p is samething while im laying in bed if i think this will happen it will happen this and this(80%) ... so im not sure what is it anymore

It can be, but that should not put you off. I've found it just shows you and gives you more access to things that were always there. That can be scary if you're not ready for it but most of the time, if you're thinking about doing it, or you're naturally doing it, you're ready. It just might take a bit of time to adapt to the new stimuli.
If you can't astral project, I'd suggest trying the basic things again, for about a month or so. Try meditating, eating cleanly, and focusing on your third eye area. You can check my channel for more information.
