Ive been seeing that this experience is very different from people. I get to the vibrational stage & then to what i can only describe as an intense "pulse" & an incredibly uphoric feeling but i can't get past that.

I lost the most important person in my life. Grief makes you do crazy things so ive been looking into this and attempting it. I'll be honest at first I thought it was completely BS ... Until I started feeling a pulse like I was standing next to a huge speaker and seeing weird light patterns when I close my eyes. I've not been able to make it past this phase though.

This idea of doing something repetitively and then switching fits with things ive heard before. Someone i spoke to who escaped from a well known cult said that they had him walking up and down in a room for hours and then they suddenly abruptly stopped him and he kept walking and left his body.

Thankyou for this. Ive heard of the rope trick before but you explained it really well. I didnt realise that you were supposedto keep visualising the ripe for a long time and i expected that i was going to pull myself out so i had no luck with it. Im now happy to try it again.
