Making a Pallet Wood Outdoor Lounge Set

  • I make a simple outdoor lounge set from pallet wood. I wanted to do something a little bit different than just stacking pallets on top of each other, put some pillows on top and call it done. This lounge set did take a little bit longer to make and a few more pallets, but it was worth it. I made these 5 chairs and 1 table from 12 pallets. There was quite a bit of waste, most of which I turned into a lumber rack.
    Thanks for watching!

Its really good to involve stuff like cleaning sawdust in the vid ... and the good thing is the real sounds of the machines without some random background music

Amazing what can be done with a well equipped workshop! Nice result, but for sure you have a different kind of pallet there. No way a normal pallet will come apart with some gentle taps from a hammer! Most have nails designed not to be removed and are a real challenge to get out.

Nothing difficult about this, you could do this with a handsaw, hammer and nails. Thanks for watching!
