intermittent fasting ako 4 years na nawala ang high blood ko at saka hindi ako laging gutom..kailangan lang sundin mo ang procedure at tamang pagkain I'm doing 16-17 -18-19-20 once in a while 24hrs. Nagpa ultrasound ako sabi ng doctor dito sa Russia my heart is very good❤ kaya tinoloytuloy ko na kasi maganda ang pakiramdam ko. For me, it's life saving

Morning & afternoon heavy weights lifting.
From 89kg now 75kg., Red meat and fish diet. No cards and NO Sugar
balance diet talaga yong important exercise
Tama kayo, doc. Diabetic ako and I go for small frequent meals.
Intermittent fasting ako dok 2 to 3 x aweek..17 hrs no food..pero nag black coffee no sugar ako after 13hrs..tas walking 1.5hrs..pra hnd ko maramdaman ang gutom

Saken effective minsan 6pm-6am Minsan 6pm-9pm Saka unti lang kinakain ko Kasama prutas at gulay
