    I have many clients who come into the YMCA telling me that they walk 10000 steps per day and are so proud. I will not burst their bubble, but this video is super helpful and can help people pinpoint goals and utilize more direct ways to address them.

      Yeah, exactly. I'm not saying that 10,000 is bad. It's certainly better than 0 steps. But it's also important to be realistic about what it does and what it doesn't do.
