Hicksy is a pro strongman and coach from Morecambe, UK. Winner of Britain’s Strongest Man, in 2019, Graham Hicks is well respected as a strongman athlete and a regular at Europe’s Strongest Man, World’s Strongest Man, the Arnold Strongman Classic and other Giants Live shows.
He also holds the records as the UKs best powerlifter with 1100kg, and the British Log Press record with 215kg.

Been watching you and Evan, what a contrast, all good. Get the best head coach you can, as the lift is possible, you have to really believe it. When you get it based on this advice, my request would be a training session master class.
Really enjoying these videos getting me fired up for deadlifts later, this is really good buildup to deadlift world champs and the way this is looking there maybe two people that pull 505 and 5 that pul 475 Crazy Stuff 😅

Dam Hicks! I had doubts anybody would break the deadlift record until I saw how easy you pulled 450. I think we'll see 505 get lifted soon.
