I think it's better than session, not knocking session but... the reason why I think it's cool is because it's emersive. In real life you gotta do the work to make many things grindable, rub brick, wax, lacquer etc... this mod it's almost like a little mini game for preparing something to be grindable. Really good work from him. Hopefully now those kink rails in LA can be grinded again with this. Easy day never released the patch for the splines for those.

depends on what youre looking for. console xl is lacking hard in the content department. session on the other hand is a slightly more realistic experience.

I'm a Session player, so I don't own SXL but was going to pick it up next week. With all the hype people keep talking about the fact that it's better than Session kind of baffles me now that I am aware that Core Gameplay doesn't even have grindable ledges around Street Maps... in a Skate Game... like wtf? Think I might just save my money honestly. Wasn't all that keen to buy it due to the floatiness I see in Video's, I was purely just curious to try for myself, but this is beyond ridiculous in my opinion. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, maybe later on with a very good Sale going on I might still pick it up for shits and giggles. Congrats on 6k as well man!
This is one of the best, most polished mods for SXL hands-down. If whoever made that mod reads this, from one dev to another, add a slight offset from where you detected the edges to get rid of the z-fighting on the drawn grind spline.
how are you still using stats menu tho ? is it an older version + the mods or something ? and if so have you uploaded that version with mods installed somewhere ?
this is the alpha version, which is pre grabs update and you can downgrade to it via steam! all the mods i used are listed in the recommended mods section of the skater xl modding discord!

As someone who switched from session to SXL because a map project, SXL is awesome when you use moves to adjust the stats and get rid of the floatiness
