sincerely & wholeheartedly agree with the title! No 1 i ever met who tried to starve themselves 2 death by eating less ever succeeded in losing weight. All those who lost weight were ppl who ate their fill of food & exercise, including me! i used 2 be over 85kg. i'm not abt 55kg!
As a man over 55 . Physical job. 200 est cycling km a week. .over 55 I recommend weight training . Keeps me lean if I don't drink 🍺lol. Band work outs are perfect . And yes we need the muscle for old age and bone density lol. 🍺🚴🍺
good approach...I did something similar without knowing all the details and dropped 10 pounds without trying....cut out the crap and had those six meals daily...It works.....Thanks Coach!
So I train 3-4 times a week in the morning before work which is a commute 20k each way - Should I not eat before that workout - they are generally an hour and usually include Pvo2max or over under intervals. - I generally start that workout at 5.30am - I’d usually have a slice of bread or something before it. And then I don’t get home until 7 - so the 7-7 thing doesn’t quite work for me. Surely I need to eat something after the 20k ride home. I’m a genuine fan of this Channel and a lot of stuff makes sense. I guess it’s about making it fit for you as much as possible

The biggest take away: six micro meals per day. The Hobbits had it somewhat correct if you aren't stuffing your festering gob with each meal. Small sensible portions. Healthy as you can get it food.
Same here - have a small breakfast usually at aroung 8 am, but tend to end my workouts as late as 10pm. Would you recommend to refuel small afterwards (what I usually do as dinner is around 6pm)?

Just in time for my daily pep talk. Bless you coach!
Working from home has made it so easy to change my eating habits. I’m eating constantly instead of waiting for a break and stuffing my face.

How about post late workout - should I not eat afterwards (and wait until the next morning)?
