- Back view of Chen Tai Chi Xin Jia 28 Form demo video.
A teaching tool made to help students in Tai Chi practice.
This short Beginner routine was created by Master David Bao based on Chen Tai Chi Xin Jia traditional form. Suitable for beginners to learn the basic techniques of Chen Tai Chi Xin Jia before mastering the traditional long form.
Compared to the Lao Jia Yi Lu form, the Xin Jia routine has more apparent silk reeling (chansijing 缠丝劲) movements, more explosive release of energy (fa qing 发劲 ), and increased movements per posture. The Xin Jia routine trains your core and helps you to develop your inner strength.

A very beautiful new frame Chen style taichi simplification move... almost every day I try to practice this move with friends in my taichi group...
Very Inspiring. Fantastic! And in such a Beautiful place.
Many short forms I don't like, but I like this one. My Chen Style teacher moved away, so I can only visit occasionally. This short form has all the things I need to remember.
😄😄😄🤩🤩👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹
Very inspiring I like 👍
🙏😮✌✊
Hi, I noticed there are some differences in the 10th to 12th steps between the Front and Back views of this Xin Jia 28 Form.
Yes you are right. In the Back View video, Step 10 to 12 are a simplified version so it is easier for beginners to pick up.
@@davidbaoyh Thank you. That’s a very clear and helpful explanation. I’ll learn both versions.
Sorry, but you don‘t really know the essence of Taichi or any internal martial art. What you are doing is „dancing“.
Look at Chen Xiaowang and you will understand what is it about. The way he moves…
