Do you have some advices for new collector in europe, where do you buy books from, directly from publishers or some different sites etc, even video on it would be super cool, tnx
I get most of my books from folio society’s website, eBay, Abebooks, Swedish online book stores and second-hand markets (Bokus, Adlibris, bokbörsen), and from the Taschen website!
Hey man I have watched you video on murals of tibet book ( companion ones ) I am a sucker for this book and I don’t have the resources to buy and get close to the book in library . Please can you make a pdf of it and send it . Also please mention where will you post the pdf link.

Those Robert Alter books look very pretty. I have a few of his translations with notes and have always found them really interesting, culturally. (I'm not seeking answers other than cultural and historical ones.) What did you think of them as far as being a fresh take on an old subject? And the Beowulf one looks pretty cool, too! I hadn't heard of that edition before, but I looked it up and it's a very interesting idea. I have the Seamus Heaney translation, but of course it doesn't have the other documents that yours has. I wish that shipping to Australia were cheaper. Since you're planning to sell them anyway, I'd bite (or maybe trade something that I have that you'd want)!
Your lack of horror, science fiction and fantasy is frightening!! Great collection, esp. the classic Eastern and Greek philosophical works, inspired to pick up similar hardback versions. Good luck with expanding your evolving library!
I have the "Outlaws of the Mash" in single volume. On its way is "The complete works of Shakespeare" compact edition. "Monkey" is currently in my bucket list and I notice that you have a rather "expensive" looking version of it. I adore thought-provoking and inspirational books.

Thanks Pontus. It’s always a pleasure to watch your bookshelf tours 🤩
Glad you like them! 😊😊
Finally a fresh bookshelf with none of the tik tok popular books! Your books show your interests so unfiltered, I loved it.

Any particular books you bought purely for their aesthetic value that you know you'll probably never read ?
You're almost at 10k subscribers buddy.
Yes! 🤩
Would you make a top about topics?
for example a top of history books you have in your collection🧐
Do you manage to read the paperbacks without cracking the spines?
wow what a bookshelf. Now all you gotta do is learn how to read.
Haha just kidding
😂
Brilliant collection
Thank you! ☺️
