Access to new Covid treatments for people with blood cancer

Professor Claire Harrison, Consultant Haematologist at Guy's and St Thomas's Hospital, explains how people with blood cancer can get a telephone assessment to discuss having one of the new covid treatments if they test positive for covid. Claire explains what to do if you test positive for covid and you have blood cancer, what you might be asked during your telephone assessment, and what the new covid treatments are that you might be offered. Claire works at a Covid Medicines Delivery Unit in England (there are similar services in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
