This is so crazy, .. basically this exact thing happened to me. Some evil dudes tried to kill me, but accidentally made me immune to pain (physical pain, anyway ... I still feel emotional pain) and made me much physically stronger. I used to only be able to bench press 125 lbs, but now can bench press 175 lbs! It's weird when fictional movies mirror real life sometimes.
