I have both, and IMO they actually added too much paint in the updated variant. All he needed was a little silver eyeliner to be basically perfect.
I understand that SS01 is argually bad but seeing him being tossed around hurts my soul. Blame's on me, it's just I have a strong emotional connection with him. It was given to me as a gift from my parents in early December 2018. I got to be "king" in a special activity in my school and my team ended up winning. I have fantastic memories with this Bee. The first SS Optimus, who was also hated, was too given to me as a present for graduating that year. Damn I miss being being 12.
I have ss27 clunker bumblebee, which I believe fixed the durability issues, and the deco makes a lot more sense. It came in a 2 pack with barricade( the reason I bought the pack), but in my opinion, I found a gem
my only problem with SS1 bumblebee is the little door panels of wings always fall off and my door broke otherwise, I just got lucky for having a solid figure

The 100 is amazing and the 01 is just 🤬 the old figure was so bad I smashed it and turned it into pieces and replaced it with the perfect new version, the 100 is so satisfying, unlike the 01 which falls apart like it’s some kind of cheap knockoff. The 100 figure is such an improvement over that pile of hot steaming garbage
I have the clunker bee and it stays together then this one does, plus better paint on the clunker, also the variant of ss100 make the figure look really good
Things would pop off all the time if you transform it correctly. There are a number of issues that the Clunker version fixed and is the better of the Camero Bee.
I recently acquired the SS01, but it was without the roof piece, do you know if the roof of the SS100 is compatible with the SS01, and if it can be attached to the other figure??? 🥺😖

I got SS100 yesterday. I think he benifits from being designed more chunky and g1ish instead of overcomplicated.
btw some people report that 100 bee is have incoherent legs , protruding arms in alt mode and a head that turns like a rag doll
I had to put in the backpack of the ss01 a metal pin.
I recommend you the video editor VN, it is for mobiles and it is free, it has no water mark and overall it is better.
Also it is easy to use
I have ss01 and I've never had issues. The only thing with mine is the right door wing is slightly loose but that's it. I guess I just got lucky

Rotb bee figure is Definitely better when it comes to articulation and durability

for fair comparison you can buzzworthy bumblebee 15 or ss27 ,otherwise it's more like comparing a piece of rust with a hard metal for a lot of money
