One of the Realiest things i have ever heard from a High School Kid. Rivers will be a Superstar in the NBA.

I agree, I was thinking the same thing. He may have to " work harder" but technically he still gets the benefit of being in a safe environment in a wealthy household where new gear and parental support was given to him. Most kids from the hood don't have money to live comfortably or even have support/NBA Coaches giving them advice like Rivers. But I mean he deserves his popularity because he's good so I guess it's alright.

I love Doc Rivers, and I think Austin could be a stud one day, but him claiming he has to work harder than other players to succeed because of his family name is BS. I don't think Doc forced a ball in his hands, and I do think he worked his ass off to get where he is, but don't think for a second he didn't have nba-level coaches tweaking his game before he hit puberty. This kid has had world class basketball resources surrounding him his whole life.. Do the kids from Compton get that too?
