    He's going to be a championship-caliber player in the NBA. Tons of talent and mad skills, buit it's his confidence, aggressiveness and drive that set him apart.

    Those teams who pass up Austin rivers tonight are going to regret it big time because his game is phenomenal and made for the nba. Those teams who passed up marshon brooks and iman shumpert last year are gonna regret it as well in the future.

    that's just the duke play style.. he can penetrate and get to the basket and he can shoot from outside the arc..u don't even know. duke made him play like this thats why he went to the NBA, hes got the mentality and the skills to be a big time player in the league

  • @23isbackjordan
    @23isbackjordan 12 років тому

    to end all arguments, 'rivers' will be good in the nba because he will not be at duke on a team of spot up shooters, if he was on an athletic kentucky everyone will be raving like he's john wall, and he is confident not cocky, him and his dad's work ethic make him this way, truly cut from a different cloth

  • @whomiketrann
    @whomiketrann 12 років тому

    Sucks that Gordon isn't really happy about playing for NO, but if he does end up being dealt through a trade, Rivers is going to get a great opportunity to shine

  • @thepakibye
    @thepakibye 12 років тому

    Trust me bro Im sooo pissed raps passed on him. I bet u anything this guy is gona come out the best from this years draft. He will be better than Anthony Davis and everyone else. He has that hunger that all of the greats have like Kobe, Wade, Lebron, Jordan and etc. And every team will surely regret passing him, especially raps

    @sandman1347 13 років тому

    @NikTheQuik He's not really putting up great numbers this year. This was his first really great game. I think he'll stay another year. He should take on a larger role next season and he will likely be a top 2 or 3 pick in 2013. If he comes out this year, he probably won't make the top 5.

    Umm the fact that you say all Ray Allen does is "shoot" just proves you know less of basketball.Ray Allen must work in order to get open to GET THE BALL AND SHOOT. Also running up and down the court like 40 times or more a night? Every year he gets less athletic, they need a good young SG by the next 2 years because if they keep Allen until he retires who knows what will happen before that year? He may get a career ending injury. The older you get the lest durability you have.
