I've been looking for the term for God knows how long!!! It was hard to look up because not many professionals know the term and it was hard to search up when I didn't know the term to look it up with. Thank you! (Third world country btw, not many are english speakers and not manh know the proper terms used)

I'm on the same boat as you! There are quite a few steps to get to before conventional implicature comes. For me, I had to revisit the beginning to clearly see the connection.

It's a psychological game in which, when you think about 'the game', you must state that you have lost it. Once introduced to this, you are instantly playing 'the game'.
There's some images around the internet that allow you to finish the game.
I've heard that having sex and saying "I won the game" = game won, finished. Though I am not sure.
Really, it's just a cultural play-toy kind of thing. It holds no value apart from relating to other people who play it, which excites people.
