Chico, glad you found a competent mechanic. I do have a question. Did you describe all the symptoms you were having and did he agree with your diagnosis that it must be the fuel pump. Did he get to road test it before replacing the fuel pump unit. Did you and he road test it after the repair. I put his name and number in my phone directory so if we get out there to lake Havasu City and have problems I'll know who to call. That is a very helpless feeling to be broke down and not to know who you should call. God Bless and be Happy!

Hi Love the posts and hope you are doing well. I am having the similar fuel delivery problems. I think you had aBounder previously andreplaced the pump and then cleaned the tank. What resolved the problem?

I do remember a similar endorsement for your Florida garage that screwed you. I also enjoy great service... not sure if he fixed your problem, so good luck.

I know you are going to hook up those extra leads to a volt meter.I will be curious to see what voltage is getting back to the pump.Since Gus was parked in Florida a long time corrosion on the fuel sender wires and connections could be a big issue. You may want to run a straight wire from the fuel relay or inertia switch back to your spliced connection on the fuel sender.Good luck Chico your only a couple hours from Vegas.

Chico why did you not take the Rv for a 1-150 mile ride to make sure it is surely fixed? Please head up to the northern Rocky Mountains and camp for a couple months it is much most beautiful up in Montana Colorado etc. :)

I lived in LHC for 3 years, been going out there since 1964.my family moved out there, but me being a computer test eng. I could no find good paying work. moved back to Riverside in 1997. since 1994, I mast have made over 400 round trips there. now family is all gone and my sister moved to LV. and now I am finding out all the fun stuff I missed. I HAVE to say BLM land out there is more fun then Christmas. I really like AZ. to bad it get so hot in the summer. it's hell on plastic and rubber, paint out side does not stand a chance. even the rocks get bleached out. but I enjoyed the start of fall to the end of spring. you wake up one day in June and it is hot, and people work from 5am to noon and call it a day. get out on the boat. car dealers are closed on Sunday, not her in Calif. they don't want to miss a sale.Havasu is a mom and pop type of town, mainly down town and by the bridge. there are some good taco places there. and not many high end price places. and AZ has the blue law. I have a AZ ID, I can go there and get a gun the same day. you can get a DL for 20 years, you pay up to age 65 and don't have to g back. you can pass on the right in the dirt to get around a car doing a left. AZ auto insurance covers a rock hitting your windshield. if you need to do any SSA stuff, got to needles and you don't have a line, you can call at 9am and talk to someone. I have other connections there.

Do you see all those streaks on the blue stickers on the back of your RV?... that's all that bleach you dumped all over your RV going to work. Big mistake
