Sure is. I'm about 25 DVDs short on completing my classic r2 collection. I actually have them on my Amazon uk cart trying to figure out how I want to proceed lol. It's kinda crazy thinking I'm that close considering how many they are total. I've looked multiple places but in the end. But, 90% of the time Amazon uk is the better deal for me at least, even with the exchange rate which I would have thought used would be better but I'm running into the overpriced game lol

The Doctor Who Guide
Hopefully one day you'll have a complete Region 2 collection. I will help you complete it one day when I get some duplicates. The Creeping Death vinyl was extremely difficult to find, I tried about 5 different stores before finding one with a copy left. I took nearly 5 hours to get it but worth it! Have you been watching the colour version or the black and white version of The Macra Terror?
I'd love that so much, Jack! Especially if this community can help me build it! That would mean so much! Wow! That's a lot of searching! I'm glad you got it in the end! I've watched the Black and White animation, listened to the soundtrack with linking narration by Colin Baker, watched the reconstruction with soundtrack and linking narration by Annekke Wills, and I've just watched episode 1 of the Color animation! XD I've gotten a little excited! XD
The Doctor Who Guide
You must have experienced The Macra Terror more than nearly anyone (except Aaron from All Things Doctor Who haha) and you must also be one of the first people in America to see the animation. They still haven't released The Enemy of the World special edition in Region 1 yet have they? I have a feeling that they're not going to as they've left it quite a while which is really disappointing as the special features are brilliant, and I want everyone to see them. Shipping to America is about £10 so I'll wait until I've got enough items to send you to make it worth it (but I've already got 2 items!)

It is my goal to experience the Macra Terror in the most ways I can now that I have it, and it's very exciting to have the opportunity to see it before most people can in the US. They still have not released the Enemy of the World, but we'll have to wait until October to see if it really isn't coming out. It's so frustrating, but I've got plenty to occupy myself with until then! Aaron has so many versions of the Macra Terror! Haha! Good for him! He's a Troughton Mega-fan! XD

so what do you think of the superior UK DVD covers?
I bought the dead shoes volume of hornets nest way back in 2009, I haven't listened to it in ages, but I remember quite enjoying it. It kind of toed the line somewhere in between audiobook and audio drama, it was kind of a little of both. I imagine the rest of the series is similar.
Probably going to annoy the purists but it's widely agreed that the Macra Terror animation was made to be watched in colour rather than black and white. In my eyes it certainly looks better that way.

Hi, so weird thing. I was watching the chase earlier and came to a point where the characters watched the beatles playing ticket to ride. Being a massive Beatles fan I decided to do a bit of research on this brief moment combining two of my favorite things. I made two interesting discoveries. The first is that the clip is the only remaining footage of the top of the pops performance there is and the second is that apparently it was cut from the region 1 DVD release along with some of the surrounding scene. I found this quite interesting and apparently there are other times when DW DVD releases have cut copyrighted music from their soundtrack. there may be other times when the BBC have cut things like this. For example, a scene got cut from the new macra terror animated release. Could this make for an interesting video? IDK, I'd just be interested.
