- At The Nintendo Hub we picked up a physical copy of Star Wars Pinball developed by Zen Studios in 2020. We want to remind both Star Wars and Pinball fans about this video game and why it should be a must buy title for anyone who loves either of those things. With an amazing range of tables, beautiful details, Star Wars music and sound effects, this game is a true love letter to the Star Wars universe by Zen Studios and it plays amazing on the Nintendo Switch. But what do you think? Does the force run strong with this one?

I agree, this game is ridiculously fun it’s kind of scary how addicted I’ve been.
I have tilted my monitor on its side to play this and it looks amazing! I really think the sound effects are a stand out feature of all the tables and create such an amazing arcade/ star wars atmosphere. And the number of tables you can play is awesome as well. Hope you had a good christmas.
Sick. Rogue One table looks the best ... Felicity Jone's face is a bonus.
Thanks for taking the time to drop a comment. Yep the Rogue One table is great but in fairness they all are. The sound effects are really a high point as well - it really feels like you are playing in an arcade.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best games for the switch, never mind pinball. Zen are masters at this and I’ve bought them for the iPad before. The Switch version takes it up a notch. I got this on a download code for £6.49! I am blew way with the content. The graphics and sound are superb and so many great tables. So true to the movies, Star Wars geeks will just love it all. Just amazing.

My favourite Zen tables are Pasha, and the more recent "Star Trek" pinball table, which is a very faithfull recreation of the actual table that was in the arcades back in the day. Damn hard though!
I'd love to try the Star Trek one. I'll do that and let yo know what I think. Generally we need more Star Trek games, be they pinball or other genres. Not sure why more haven't been made, it's such an expansive universe to create something in. Thanks again!

I bought the zen studios 1up star wars table, it has 10 of these games on it, it's bloody awesome, the graphics ain't as sharp because of the 2 foot screen, but still amazing & nothing beats standing at a pinball table, it even has nudge. Still might get this for my switch, did it ever come out in cartridge form?

It's probably really good, but it is better in VR. VR fixes the issue of how to place the camera - a curse on all video pinball games.
That's a really interesting point. But for me , playing VR gives me really bad motion sickness. Do you like pinball games - what would be your favorite? Thanks for watching and leaving a comment, appreciated.
@@thenintendohub3873 it took me a year to beat VR sickness. It's worth it to train yourself.
Pinball in VR should be easier since you aren't moving around.
In real life, my favourite tables are South Park and Theatre of Magic.
@@iiqulo yep, I think that would be the way forward. Even FPS games give me motion sickness, I am fine with 3rd person shooters, but many FPS games esp in a 'tight space' leave me feeling queasy! But as you say, shouldn't be much movement with pinball!
