This is very true I know of a friend who did not include his family on the DV application. It has taken him over 4 years to process there documents and the expenses of coming back and forth every year to see his family.

Good advice sir. I hope the consul officials would also reason from the same standpoint, and not question how you would survive in the U.S. as a family and then deny you a visa.

What if am selected and had included baby daddy while applying and am no longer intrested in going with him can he be exempted
The question is, are you married to your baby's daddy? You can always indicate on DS 260 that you won't be immigrating with him. But that notwithstanding, you'll have to provide a marriage certificate at the interview. If not, you'll be disqualified. It doesn't matter whether he moving with you or not.
By the way, I followed your advice to look for job on line at mean time (dv23) , and I m getting a lot of interviews for visa sponsored jobs , well that was a good idea.

I have one question regarding this update,in the country's we live getting the money to process the whole green card process it's an issue so when it comes to process for the whole family it becomes even harder so we agree on me going first then the family comes after, and also if the wife is scared of going to another country that she has never gone before she doesn't have enough reasons that life will be simple there with her kids.EBM what do you have to say about that

I applied single but I have 2kids,they had no passports with them the time I applied suppose I win can I travel and later file for them.

Only principal applicant needs passport at the time of application. You can't add them when you win else you'd be disqualified because it means you lied about your family status.
After you have got the visa can you spend a year before you move to United States
Nooo,the visa expires within 6 months from the date of issuing,so you have to travel before 6months are done.

I apply all to the DV 2023 and my child vary carefully and lucking , It was just a momentary whim 🤷🏻♀️
But now ,I may be sorry, because I have all the data and documents to get visas if we win the lottery🤦🏻♀️
I also have a place to stay and a job, but i think, we won't be comfortable with that payand, yet we will have to move to another place later .
I want to ask :
if I don't check my DV status until September 2023 and I lose , I can apply after 4,5 years again ? Or the system will not be able to choose me as a winner, never again ??? The “ place “ is a Naperville, IL . I’m scary to the winter , I hate it and it’s expensive there! I want Florida , but later !

What about children that born after the application of dv lottery ? That mean not part of application .

No. Only principal applicant + biological or adopted children + legal spouse.

How do i deal with a situation where part of the family will join me later. Do i need to take their documents on interview day or not . Because people are to join later are not needed on the interview.

I think if you indicated on form DS 260 that your wife or kids will join you later, then there's no need to go with them to the interview.

Hi, anyone can help me getting this clearly, how many days you can't go beyond for entering in USA after withdrawal your green card? Tx!
You must to go entrance ( may be only 24h) in USA until 6 months later the medical exams , to activate the green card . When you going with the exams package to hand to the border , there will check if your exams it’s ok ! When you entrance inside US , you have another 6 months to move in US . The green card will be send the address, whit you white to your sponsor ( to be live you )
