Finally, Caleb! You had a house I can really, really like. I liked the first one. My only problem is the garden could be bigger, but I really liked it. 🥰
Hey Kaleb, Of both Homes, I prefer the first one. They really needed to Replaced the Driveway, because of to many Cracks. I'm not a Swimming Pool Fan at all. I didn't see a Laundry room, So they could Negotiate the Price of the first one. $325,000-$330,000. 2.nd Home, I did like until I seen The Vanity in the Primary Bedroom, I have never seen that before, Which I thought it was Weird. $350,000 for a house built in the 1980's is in my Opinion Way Priced. They should be asking $260,000-$270,000 and no more, But as Always Kaleb GREAT Video 👍📸
Hey Kaleb. Under $350. Let’s see. 1st. Like the front elevation. Unusual view on entry. Living room. Dining to the right with pass through to kitchen. Left side 2beds to a bath and 3rd bed with en-suite. That works. Guest rooms an ok size. Now that en-suite leading to the pool is great for pool folks but not for the occupant of that bedroom. Was hoping the could come down to make it open concept but it’s needed. Primary a smidge small but workable. En-suite and a client a little small but en-suite nicely done. Enclosed pool and nice large yard. This is great Kaleb. 2nd home front elevation dated. Let’s see inside. Short entry. Living/dining/kitchen small but works. Feels like an apartment. Bedrooms small. Unique primary with split en-suite. Hall bath clashing floors and shower tiles. Enclosed paved lanai. Fenced. Busy road behind. It’s ok. But the 1st home a winner. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
I really enjoy your videos Kaleb. Home no. 1 is well thought out. I really like it. Practical and glamorous features that you don't see everyday. I specifically like the door leading to the pool from the bedroom bathroom. And the gold accents and the flooring in the garage is even nice. Wish I can afford it. Want to move from Ohio to Florida.
The rooms and closets are very small... The pool not covered.... Nit good because next to a highway! It us only 1200 sq ft... and it is more tgan 40 years.... Not a very good investment.... Nothing special that caught my eye for $350,000
Amazing video and thank you for breaking it down!! Despite the economic downturn, I'm so happy 😊I have been earning $ 60,000 returns from my $7,000 investment every 12days.
Amazing!!! found Mrs Brittney Goad 2 months ago here also!!! This is so validating hearing you also got her recommendations!!! Yes cheers to be part of her coaching program.

Wow! How's that possible please I'll appreciate your assistance on how to go about it.
People prefer to spend money on liabilities, Rather than investing in assets and be very profitable.

I started trading with her recently, $170,000 profit in 4 months and still counting. She is the CRYPTO TRADE QUEEN. I trust.
