Its not just you, the 12 year old made a million puns about this knife too. I think that is half the appeal. I have owned 2 kalasnikovs, and without a doubt the clip is the shortcoming of the knife. Between the two, i think the factory clip lasted a combined month

This would work great at the Slauson Cutoff.
They almost made the clip look like a crinkle fry. A little red on it for ketchup would have sold it- such a wasted opportunity. Oddly enough, the weird shape of it will probably make it the perfect knife for someone. Who that someone is I have no idea.

I just got mine and the bun and blade are chipped up as well as the hardware since blade hq puts the auto spring in before they ship. Also doesn’t fire the best. I can’t swap since there isn’t any left of them. Do you know any way to get paint to match or a swap for one that wasn’t built by a blind man. Blade hq beat mine tf up

those idiots couldn’t have made a california legal version? like they made a large med and a mini and the mini is a half inch too long. for one thing it would be a great starting knife for a child so it would be beneficial in that aspect to keep the mini 2” or under but also there are 40 million people living in california and the only version of this knife that will ship here has to be under 2” and there aren’t a lot of california legal switchblades available so there is a market for them here and i don’t understand what they expected to benefit from making it 2.5” instead of 2”. like you see all these videos about making ambidextrous knives for the benefit of only six percent of the population when california makes up 12 percent of the american population and probably an even larger percentage of their mini auto market for the total blade hq sales and we are only one state away from their headquarters but they seem to forget we exist.

@@metal_complex remember when canada was changing their knife import laws and the blade hq reps got on youtube and asked everyone to sign a petition to help change the laws or fight injustice? well there’s more people living in california than the entire country of canada and we are only one state away from blade hq and they aren’t getting any online and asking people to help us change our laws. like if they are so concerned about people not being able to buy knives why not make a cali legal option? sure it makes it harder to cator to us when we have laws but the laws aren’t new and blade hq is well aware of the laws and they literally came out with three sizes, would it have been difficult to make the mini a half inch shorter? is it not stupid to ignore 12 percent of the american market and probably more than 12 percent of the mini auto market? sure we have stupid laws, do you want us to move to your state which has better laws??? …because we can do that.
