- Wildfrost Full Demo - nice looking demo in the Steam Next Fest. This roguelike deckbuilder does away with the traditional mana system, and puts everything on an interesting turn-based system instead. I'm excited to see the full game when it comes out!

@@avishaishitrit6371 both are pretty much parallel, except one is a more spooky yet close-to-home feeling and the other is a world of charm
the animations, even for little boxes and pop ups are incredibly fluid and smooth
the sound design adds a lot to it
The real question is: How many numbers can you deal to the bad guy?
Very well made game. The visual effects, the UI, I can appreciate this.
Oh this game looks *great*. Love the status effects, the graphical presentation, looks like it has some great personality to it.
If the “palm” pronunciation wasn’t enough, Tyler is now showing off his Wisconsin by declaring his love for cheese

I love all the “snow & sun” thinking. This concept of temperature seeps in every aspect of design yet remains intuitive. That’s some impressive stuff!
The charm and crown adds complexity unlike any other. Also I noticed that the cards don’t have the usual energy/mana requirement, instead you play cards at the expense of not playing other cards. In other words the cards cost time to play. Very interesting gameplay choice. Glad to see games trying to break the norm of deck-building rouge-like and succeeding! Props to the game devs for both creative and execution!
Also the sound? The effect? The UI? Everything is super juicy and polished! It’s not only fun to play but fun to watch! The loot boxes are a given but every other things are eye-opening.
I feel like the snowball charm would work very well on foxee because he attack multiple times and thus multiple slow-downs.
That game looks adorable, great level of detail! I hope you do more videos on it when the full game releases!
this game has a really nice aesthetic and charming keywords, but the ability to remove cards from your deck so easily seems so overpowered haha.
the aesthetic kind of reminds me of Card City Nights in some ways!

@@lychee349 That would be impossible, seeing that the character is wearing gloves and getting a good enough grip to pam the cards would be extremely difficult

You should really play Defend the Rook. I think I've said this before but it's a super fun roguelike grid-based strategy game and it seems right up your alley. Oh, and I can't make it past the first level on hard mode, so it's got the challenge. This game sort of reminded me of it.

Fun fact about the picture in the background of Tyler’s room: the “pillars of creation” in the picture were wiped out by a supernova ~6,000 years ago but since they are located 7,000 light years from earth, they are still visible for another 1000 years
I’ve really loved the demo of the game and can’t wait for the full release. One tip I would give is making sure to move your allies between rows to take hits or damage needed enemies
A lot of games similar to Slay the Spire have an issue where they lack any polish but have fine gameplay.
This game does NOT have that issue and has a lot of potential with what they've shown us in just the demo.
Yet another game to be excited for.

I noticed for the snowball relic was that he could put it on a companion and I wonder if he put the snowball relic on foxee would the snowball affect stack since they attack multiple times?

I know you ussaly do puzzle games and strategy games , I love that. But I think it would be really really really interesting if you played a game like outlast. Or even something like amnesia witch has a good amount of puzzling in it- just a thought, anyone else think it would be cool if Tyler played a scary puzzle type game?
